Great location and food!
Pros:

The location is great. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great! (Ham omelette was really great)

Cons:

Booking made me reserve 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6). One room was enough, there was a sofá cama big enough for my daughters.

Cons:

1，房间空调完全没用，下沉式房间窗户很小，非常闷热
2，与服务员沟通房间太热，直接回答让我开窗，窗户实在太小了
3，导航跟本无法开到酒店门口，兜了好几圈，需步行到酒店问询后拿地图再重新开上去，太不方便了

Pros:

Lovely paradore perfectly situated in the old town. Beautiful architecture that has been perfectly restored and updated.

Cons:

The bar didn't have any snacks and had limited service, which is a shame because dinner at the restaurant doesn't start till 8pm and it would be nice to be able to have a little snack after arrival. Also, our room was in a newer wing and didn't look like the pictures which had me hoping for something more historically atmospheric. Be sure to ask where exactly you will be staying - new or old.

Magical spot - if you don't generally splurge on accommodation I highly recommend this be it.
Pros:

Really extraordinary property. My first stay in a parador, so I can't compare to others, but I was really blown away and it is right in the heart of the oldest part of Caceras. Oh - and the dinner was great, too.

Cons:

Hard to find fault but if they could improve one thing the breakfast service seemed a bit overwhelmed - they probably could have used one more person.

Amazing facility, great beds and food, terrible communication
Pros:

Perfect location, amazing building — intriguing and unique. Service was very good. Beds were very comfortable, and food was excellent, but quite expensive. Very difficult to get to the hotel, and instructions on how to reach them did not work as described. Reception did not answer telephone after multiple attempts to reach the hotel to get help with directions. Some of staff at reception were amazing, others less so. I completely understand that this is is a foreign country where it would not be reasonable to expect all staff to be fluent in English, but for an elite hotel like this one, one would expect slightly better English skills at the reception.

Fijn verblijf in historisch centrum.
Pros:

De centrale ligging in oude stad op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden.
Fijn hotel in 14e eeuws huis, mooi gemoderniseerd.
Aardige bediening bij receptie en in restaurant.

Cons:

Ivm werkzaamheden is het moeilijk met de auto bij de parador te komen. Men verstrekt wel goede informatie en route beschrijving. De parkeergarage is ons goed bevallen.

La ubicación, el personal, los desayunos.

Cons:

Mi habitación (301) daba a unas vistas preciosas pero daba también a la zona de acceso de carga y descarga, se oía gente hablando, cargando o descargando cosas, deberían insonorizar más esas ventana.
