Wonderful base from which to explore the old town
Pros:

Lovely building, and unlike some paradors these days, the room had charm (and a lovely bathroom)

Cons:

Nothing really … but if you don’t like climbing up hills, this one might not be for you.

Es war sauber, freundlich und Zimmer groß, aber ohne Ausblick mit winzigen Fenstern

Cons:

Der Weg zum Hotel mit dem Auto war zeitweise blockiert, es gibt sehr wenige Parkplätze und die Alternativen sind weit entfernt.
Alternativen zum Restaurant, z.B. Barfood, fehlt, so dass man, wie auch umliegend nur ab 20:30 Essen bekommt.

Good Parador
Pros:

Location is nice on the top of the hill and surrounded by the castle and church. Beautiful views over the valley. Restaurant is good but not great and the service is a bit difficult because of the language barrier. There is not a whole lot to do on the hill and the town below is quite a hike.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel except the quality of the food in the dining room.
Pros:

Room and bed were extremely comfortable with a lovely quilt. Loved the tub in which you could totally stretch out and relax. The views were incredibly beautiful and I loved sitting in the Moorish courtyard reading with the sound of flowing water in the background. Enjoyed all the sitting rooms. This was a day of rest before flying home so being at the Parador was perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious but dinner was disappointing.
