Pros:

Hotel sehr sauber und ich habe gut geschlafen.Die Stadt und Parkhaus sehr gut erreichbar.Das Cafe ist günstig zum frühstücken.

Cons:

Wenn das Hotelzimmer keine Klotür hat, sorry. Baulich wäre eine Schiebetür möglich. Ich brauche nicht viel Platz bin auch sonst nicht anspruchsvoll.

Cuando hicimos la reserva cogimos este hotel porque ponía que tenía aire acondicionado cosa que no era verdad, en la habitación hacía muchísimo calor. Además, el trato de algunas personas del hotel cuando lo solicitamos porque era imposible dormir no fue adecuado. Nos marearon, primero que no funcionaba, después nos llamaron y nos dijeron que lo pusiéramos que estaba ya puesto y nunca llegó a funcionar, aspecto que nos admitieron a la salida de muy malas formas.

Lo mejor: la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. También que me permitieron dejar el equipaje en una sala al llegar antes de la hora de check-in.

Cons:

Una de las toallas tenía manchas, no la usé. También se escuchaba mucho ruido por el pasillo desde por la mañana temprano, no es la mejor opción para descansar hasta tarde si vas a algún evento a Toledo.
