Pros:

Great location in the old town - short walk to easy parking - (hotel parking is for small cars only) Comfortable bed, great (compact) shower and very friendly staff with very good dining advice.

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, tiene una terraza con una vista espectacular sobre todo en la noche, el personal es especialmente amable, la ubicación es perfecta, vamos el hotel perfecto para visitar Toledo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Perfecta ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Es muy bonito, con muchos detalles típicos toledanos y está muy limpio y las dos chicas de recepción son muy amables.

Cons:

La única pega es que la habitación era muy pequeña . La cama estaba muy pegada a la puerta y se escuchaban todos los ruidos del pasillo.

Pros:

La atención al cliente fue inmejorable. Juanjo nos atendió de manera impecable. Nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones.
La ubicación es increíble, justo al lado de la catedral. Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel y desde algunas de las habitaciones son preciosas.
Hay parking en el hotel, con acceso un poco difícil para algunos coches, pero que alivia mucho la estancia al estar tan en el centro de Toledo.
Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí cada vez que volvamos.

Personal war duchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles eher einfach aber sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Bei den verwinkelten Gässchen und der Distanz vom Parkhaus zum Hotel war der Weg bzum Hotel nicht einfach. Aber ein Taxi hätte, wie wir am nächsten Tag merkten nicht teuer gewesen.

建議自由行者從火車站或巴士站搭Taxi上來只需5分鐘約7-8歐，下山可請櫃檯幫忙叫車。
