Толедо уникальный город, оставил глубочайший эмоциональный след на долгие годы.
Pros:

Расположение идеальное, завтрак очень хороший, персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный.

Cons:

Основная и главная проблема многих гостиниц и Санта Изабель, к сожалению, не исключение, это плохая звукоизоляция, слышимость в номере от соседей, просто поражает! Это основной минус и, наверное, единственный.

Cons:

Nos tocó habitación justo debajo de la terraza del hotel, tiene muy buenas y horario de acceso hasta las 00h.
La gente aún así se quedaba hasta más tarde moviendo sillas, hablando, etc. A veces complicaba el descanso a partir de ciertas horas deberían cerrar del todo.

Charming hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the location was excellent; and the hotel is in an ancient Toledo building with lots of charm.

Cons:

Because of our hire car's size, we had to park in a public car park some way from the hotel. But, of course, this was not the fault of the hotel.

Un sitio precioso perfectamente integrado en el casco antiguo.
Pros:

El edificio en si y las instalaciones son magníficas. La terraza en el ático es una maravilla por las vistas que tiene.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la televisión de la habitación está tan baja que cuesta estar en la cama y verla porque te haces polvo el cuello. Deben de colgarla en la pared.

Un sitio muy agradable.
Pros:

El edificio era muy bonito, pero sin duda me quedaria mas tiempo por poder disfrutar de su terraza.
El desayuno estaba bien. El trato muy agradecido.

Cons:

En la habitacion hacia demasiado calor, a pesar de que intentamos poner el aire, pero podriamos haberlo solucionado llamando a recepcion.
Tambien el tema de acceder por las calles de Toledo al garaje, son demasiado estrechas

Molto molto piacevole, immersivo.
Pros:

La struttura stessa, molto bella, la posizione a due minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, in una zona molto tranquilla e storica, fuori dal flusso turistico. La terrazza mostrata nelle foto è più bella dal vivo che in foto, uno spettacolo a tutte le ore del giorno. Le camere sono ampie con bagni adeguati e dotati di bidet, molto pulite. La struttura si raggiunge in taxi dalla stazione in pochi minuti ad un costo di circa 10€ ed è la modalità di spostamento che consiglio in quanto la fermata dell’autobus non è vicinissima.

Cons:

Un solo appunto, la colazione compresa nella prenotazione: manca di varietà pur non essendo carente né in qualità né in quantità.
La colazione alla carta ha una varietà decisamente maggiore ad un costo paragonabile.
