Réservation pas respectée

J'ai réservé une chambre double de 17 m2 avec une porte fenêtre car je suis claustrophobe, au prix de 90 €. On nous en a donné une de 13 m3, avec une tout petite fenêtre avec un verre opaque, cette fenêtre donnant sur l'escalier intérieur (64 €) : pas respirable. La salle de bain n'avait pas non plus de fenêtre. Insupportable pendant la nuit, impossible de dormir, oppressant. Il était impossible de garder ouvertes nos valises pour dire la petitesse de la chambre 109. On n'a pas voulu nous donner une autre chambre *hôtel complet et surtout personne ne nous a prévenu à notre arrivée ! INADMISSIBLE, MALHONNÊTE. Est-ce qu'il faut passer par booking ? Nous avions réservé depuis longtemps. La direction nous a consenti les petits déjeuners gratuits mais ce n'est pas ça qu'il nous fallait. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

最高のトレド滞在。
Pros:

窓からの眺めが素晴らしい。大聖堂ビューのお部屋を予約しました。昼も夜も美しい眺めでした。旧市街のどこにいくにも便利で、立地が素晴らしい。お湯も温度が一定でシャワーが大満足でした。屋上からの眺めも綺麗。スタッフさんも親切です。トレドで泊まりたかったホテルなので、大満足でした。

お部屋にポッドがあると嬉しかった。でも問題ない。

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room. Great staff. Very clean.
Roof top terrace was a great plus as we ate some meals there watching the sun set. Just wished the smokers obeyed the “ no smoking “ rules !
They serve a “ hardy “ breakfast ( not for calorie counters ).

Cons:

Everything was great.

Fantastic setting in Toledo
Pros:

Nice set breakfast. Good wifi. Clean. Parking available on request if you preorder same day and if car is small enough to manage the narrow streets up town. Fantastic roof veranda. 5 min walk to cathedral.

Cons:

We would have liked a water heater and a small fridgein room.
