Destination exceptionnelle, Parador à ne pas rater et à apprécier
Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel exceptionnelle; chambre donnat sur une vue exceptionnelle sur Toledo (Parador situé au-dessus du Mirador, point de vue touristique). Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement d'une chambre standad à une chambre avec cette vue exceprrionnelle, à contempler tranquillement du balcon de la chambre, balcon large avec deux fauteuils confotables. Sinon, la terrace de l'Hôtel permet de goûter à la même vue. Hôtel ancien, très bien rénové et entretenu, grandes chambres, spacieuses, salle de bain moderne, tout très bien équipé. Cafeteria donnant sur la terrace à toute heure. Très bon petit déjeuner. Situé à 5 minutes de la ville de Toledo, accessible par taxi (10 euros le trajet) ou voiture personnelle, parkings payants.

Mediocre. Living off its view.
Pros:

This Parador is considerably below the standard of many we have visited, poor check in process, staff who feel disengaged and poor breakfast management. We had to request several times for items to be replenished. An exception was the lady who handled check out who was excellent and smiled!

All in all this hotel is living off its view, but you can easily drop in for a drink and get that and stay elsewhere which is what we would advise.

When we next visit Toledo this is where we will stay.
Pros:

Lovely property with fantastic views. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception and main restaurant, good quality on site restaurant.
Great parking. 10.00 euro taxi to the town so not expensive.

Cons:

Room 424 was a free upgrade for us so didn’t want to complain but it was very noisy above the terrace and bar area. No sound proofing and so not very restful, I’m sure the other rooms further from the terrace are wonderful.

Cafe is open to non residents and can be extremely busy. Pretty unorganised and poor service when busy with too few staff. The cafe was our major gripe as we waited along time for service and they refused to take our order at the counter??

Possibly the finest hotel I've stayed at which is incredible considering Paraores are Spanish Government owned.

Plus d'électricité à partir de 6H30 Il a fallu que j'aille payer pour débloquer la situation puis après " tentative de magnétisation de la carte c'était le bouton cental qui n'était pas actionné !

What an awful experience!
Pros:

We didn't stay -- thank heavens! -- but instead went for a drink one night so we could take in the view. What an awful experience! I had stayed here 30 years ago and remember it as a lovely, graceful place. What we found was blaringly loud music, chaotic understaffing, and very rude people taking up the few tables on the veranda. If you're going to visit Toledo, by all means stay in the city and get your photo op of the city from one of the viewpoints!

Not the best Parador by some way!
Pros:

Great location, stunning views

Cons:

Check in staff beer functional, not at all welcoming. Check out was good with a very pleasant female staff member
Breakfast often short of products, we had to ask for several items to be restocked.
Staff service was average at best, a general feeling that this hotel lives off its location and feels it can skimp on customer service.

Un endroit (presque) parfait
Pros:

Une vue incroyable sur Tolède.
Super petits déjeuners

Cons:

Le bruit d’une fête locale bruyante et tardive dont nous n’avions pas été avertis au moment de la réservation, c’est dommage (chaque année autour du 1er mai)
