Lo primero lo de pedir una tarjeta de crédito por seguridad cono si un empresario fuera a destrozar la habitación mientras duerme. Luego hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y tenían el aire acondicionado bloqueado a 20 grados. En invierno 20 grados saca calor y no frío. Tuvimos que abrir la puerta del balcón y se llenó de mosquitos enormes. Me pasé la noche matando mosquitos. Y eso que las cortinas estaban bien cerradas. Luego quise pedir una factura y su contestación fue, el sistema no me puede generar ninguna factura.

We had a great room with view to the golf course. Everything was super.

The bathtub is a bit high and hard to get in. And a bit slippery. Be careful.

El entorno privilegiado, a pesar de que no se entiende que haya un hotel con campo de golf en un parque natural.

Cons:

Las dos recepcionistas de la tarde. Rudas, poco cooperativas y nada profesionales. Vivimos al llegar un ejemplo de trato inapropiado a una señora mayor extranjera que reclamaba soluciones a un problema eléctrico. La trataron mal.

Cons:

La comida calidad precio dista que desear, espacios desangelados - demasiado grande, vista del mar bloqueada por pistas de fútbol y/o golf, imposibilidad de conseguir agua potable, el colchón muy viejo- se clavan los muelles.

Muy mal servicio en un supuesto hotel de 5 estrellas.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Muy mal servicio en el restaurante, mala atención en la recepción, no hay ningún tipo de supervisión del personal, y cada uno va a lo suyo sin preocuparse por el cliente.
¿Dónde está la dirección del hotel?
Habvitaciones anticuadas, necesitan una remodelación.
