Pros:

Me gustó todo, empezando por el desayuno, las instalaciones, la ubicación, el personal.... fenomenal.

Cons:

Nos sorprendió negativamente la manera de hablarnos de la responsable de sala en el desayuno....no pega en ese ambiente...y llamó la atención también a otra compañera...en tono poco apropiado

Pros:

Easy parking, comfortable room and bed. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. We had a fabulous dinner at their restaurant.

Cons:

No hot water for a shower in the morning. A temporary problem apparently - and unhelpful advice on how to have a warm shower as we checked out.

Schöner Poolbereich und top Lage
Pros:

Der Pool- und Gartenbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch ist, dass der Parkplatz inklusive ist und sich direkt vor dem Hotel befindet — es waren jederzeit ausreichend Plätze verfügbar.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Nur wenige Gehminuten trennen das Hotel vom Zentrum.

Im Zimmer war der Schlafbereich sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hatte jedoch einige Mängel. Der Wasserdruck der Toilette war unzureichend, und die Fugen im Bereich der Badewanne sollten erneuert werden.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Schwächen im Bad.

Pros:

Everything! Staff, service, room, grounds, easy walk to the town centre, easy parking. We will definitely come back!

Cons:

There is one minor thing I would change is the bar area. The outside bar area is perfect but the inside bar is too corporate and very bright in there and could do with looking more comfortable.
