Cons:

Personeel heel onaardig. Kregen kamer zonder uitzicht. We werden in de eetzaal.niet welkom ontvangen. Mochten niet 10 minuten eerder want ze hadden grote Duitse groepen. . Uitzondering was de mevrouw achter de balie. Horecapersoneel zou een cursus klantvriendelijkheid morten krijgen. Slechte bejegening van het personeel.
