Agrdable estancia
Pros:

Estuve 3 dias, para mi boda. Me arreglé allí. El personal, Encarni sobre todo y Agostina son un encanto. La cama comodisima, instalaciones de 10. Todo perfecto.

Cons:

Mas variedad en el desayuno. Es algo basico.

Had iets meer verwacht van een overnachting in een Parador.
Pros:

Lag heel centraal en mooi uitzicht op de omgeving.

Cons:

Ontbijt viel tegen. Werd niet uitgelegd dat je een warme maaltijd kon bestellen en het buffet had weinig keuze mogelijkheden.

Das ist kein 4-Sterne-Haus... sehr enttäuschend

Die Lage ist wirklich schön, sehr ruhig. Auch die Nähe zu Antequera ist sehr vorteilhaft...

Cons:

Wenn man andere Paradores kennt, fällt es einem schwer, sich hier wohlzufühlen. Dieses Parador hat den Charme eines Messezentrums, kühl, unpersönlich, steril, kein Charme. Dazu kommt, dass auch das Personal alles andere als freundlich ist (fehlende Schulung?). Dieses Parador atmet nicht den "Spirit", das man von einem Parador und einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwarten darf. Auch das Frühstück ist absolut nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hauses, viel Verpacktes, Aufbackware... usw. Wir haben vorzeitig das Hotel verlassen und was anderes gesucht, weil es uns sonst die Urlaubslaune verdorben hätte..

Convenient and comofortable accommodation for a night in Antequera
Pros:

Good location and parking facilities. Nicely landscaped building and spacious public areas.

Cons:

Our room was small for modern hotel. We were actively discouraged from using breakfast room at a time convenient to us because coach tour groups given priority.

Pros:

L emplacement de l'hôtel surplombant la vallée est magnifique. La chambre était spacieuse.

Cons:

Une chambre avec 2 lits simples au lieu d un lit double comme demandé. Donc pas bien dormi.
Lorsque l'on vient en couple et que l on paie une nuit a plus de 100€ on s attends a avoir un lit double ce qui paraît juste normal.

Lovely stay in the room and the grounds of the hotel and views are stunning but spoilt by the lack of service and cleanl

The setting was incredible.
The hotel was of very high standard

Cons:

The poolside seating area was very disappointing and affected our stay in a negative way. The seating was dirty, 4 tables had food and drinks left on them from our arrival at 3pm until 10.30am the following day.
There was no service to this area. The bar and snack indoor area where you had to order was 2 flights of stairs down. Help to carry drinks down was refused…very politely but still refused. A tray was requested and a flimsy tray suitable for carrying napkins and a bowl of olives was offered. V disappointing.
Upon our departure I highlighted this to the manager who was very apologetic.

Las luces de la habitación descontroladas. No había manera de encender la del baño sin que se activara las de toda la habitación, un desastre si quieres ir al baño de noche y no quieres despertar a tu pareja
