Blisko plaży, raczej spokojna okolica, w hotelu raczej przebywają starsze osoby, więc jest cicho i można się zrelaksować

la amabilidad del personal de recepción así como la facilidad para aparcar dado que está en una zona tranquila un poquito apartada de la carretera principal

Cons:

habitación muy pequeña que además estaba sobrecargada por lo que era incómoda para moverse, con una iluminación pobre. el desayuno es muy básico, típico de hotel de playa (abundante pero poca calidad)

O staff é a alma do hotel.
Pros:

O ponto mais forte deste hotel foram sem dúvida os seus colaboradores/staff, em especial o Sr. Franco do restaurante e a Aitana da recepção, ambos tornaram a nossa estadia especial com a sua atenção e disponibilidade acima da média. A comida era ok e o quarto apesar de pequeno servia as necessidades com uma cama bastante confortável. Num dia que infelizmente tive um problema de saúde a equipa foi prestável e guardou-nos um prato de comida para almoçar. A vista para o lago foi incrível e havia sempre por perto onde deixar o carro de forma segura e gratuita. O Grupotel no geral tem vários hotéis na região o que nos permitiu ter algumas coisas para ver/fazer extra, recebidos sempre com muito carinho e amabilidade.

Cons:

A comida era ok, mas através dos comentários esperávamos algo mais diverso, como por exemplo no dia do tema asiático haver sushi. Estando a chover, o hotel poderia ter criado algumas atividades indoor para entreter os hospedes. Paredes dos quartos finas, ouvia-se bastante os quartos ao lado.

The hotel itself was clean, the breakfast offered a wide variety of food, and the location was quiet and away from the crowds.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing because of repeated disturbances during the night.

One night there was a lot of noise in the hallway, and early in the morning someone in the room next to ours was vomiting very loudly. We reported it to the reception in the morning, but the only response we received was “sorry” and that we should report it next time while it is happening.

The following night, after 11 p.m., someone was knocking on our door and trying to open it by pulling the handle. We reported this to reception as well and again only heard “sorry.” In the end, we were the ones who suggested changing rooms, although I believe the hotel staff should have offered this themselves after repeated incidents.

It’s a shame, because we chose this hotel based on its very good reviews and expected a peaceful stay, but instead we left tired and disappointed.
