Ausreichend geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und einer schönen Aussicht auf die Berge und einem seitlichen Blick auf das Meer (ich war in der 5. Etage). Auch wenn das Hotel an der Hauptstraße liegt, konnte ich mit offener Balkontüre ungestört schlafen. Sehr bequemes Bett, sehr saubere und ordentlich funktionierende Sanitäranlagen (kein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck), sehr ruhig, unfassbar reichhaltiges und sehr gut schmeckendes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet, freundliches Personal, Fahrrad-Räume vorhanden (ich war zum Rennradfahren auf der Insel), Wasserschläuche und Lappen vor den Fahrrad-Räumen vorhanden um das Rad sauber zu machen, Fitnessstudio, fußläufig zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen, Bushaltestelle nahe am Hotel und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem der schönsten Strände der Insel. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Es gab keinen frisch gepressten Orangensaft zum Frühstück. Durch meinen vorherigen Urlaub auf Lanzarote war ich hier sehr verwöhnt :-)

Breakfast was lovely.
Pillows were a bit too soft for me personally, and how loud the doors from neighbours were. But great place.
The housekeeping staff member was excellent. She was very friendly and the room was always perfectly clean.
The food was delicious and varied.
The atmosphere was really friendly.
In the online check-in form, a 4PM check-out time was set after the hotel asked what time we planned to leave, to which I replied that we would leave as late as possible due to a late flight.
When I asked a staff member at the reception on the last day to confirm this, he told me that it was indeed possible, but only for an additional fee, which forced us to last minute change our plans.

Uvítala bych,kdyby se dala klimatizace nastavit manuálně,foukal neustále velmi chladný vzduch a v noci byla zima,i přes prosbu v recepci nebyla změna,prostě zřejmě centrální nastavení..to mi opravdu nevyhovivalo

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful when you asked for something you always got it. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. 3 pools but unfortunately weather wasn’t warm enough for us to avail of them. Lovely bar area and lots of other sitting options within the hotel.
Pillows slightly uncomfortable. But I didn’t mind them. The sink in my room was hard to reach though I am small so wouldn’t be a problem for most people. Hotel wee bit out of the way but excellent bus service just 20” yards from hotel so wasn’t a problem.
Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. De nombreuses animations sont proposées au quotidien. Il y a également beaucoup d'équipements à disposition.
Les clients irrespectueux, en claquant les portes ou en faisant énormément de bruit dans les couloirs 😡
