Pros:

Organizacija im je stvarno na nivou, svaki dan poslijepodne i navecer imate neke aktivnosti (npr. aerobik, joga, stolni tenis, karaoke, bingo šou, živa muzika, ples…) hrana je stvarno odlična, raznovrsna i konstantno zaposlenici nadopunjuju plate, nećete ostati bez pojedine vrste hrane - ne brinite.

Cons:

Ono na čemu stvarnooooo treba poraditi je izolacija. Izolacija je stvarno očajna (npr. čujete kak vaš susjed hrče.., pomolite se da dobijete susjeda koji ne hrče, također i kad netko od susjeda pušta vodu ili piški - čujete...). Također, čistačice čiste vrlo rano i vrloo glasno. Npr. mi smo došli ovdje da se odmorimo i naspavamo. Volimo duže spavati kad imamo tu priliku, no tu nismo uspijeli. Povlačenje kreveta od čistačica po sobi da bi krevet uredno složile, bilo je svakodnevno. Razumijem da moraju čistiti i da žele da je posteljina zategnuta, ali mislim da se posteljina može zategnuti i na drugi način, bez da se povlače kreveti po podu :).
Na terasi također, konstantno povlače stolce i stolove umjesto da dignu stolicu i premjeste ju na drugo mjesto. Sve u svemu je pre bučno i to je jediji razlog zbog kojeg nebi ponovili svoj dolazak ovdje.

Utmärkt hotell för hela familjen vid en av Mallorcas finaste stränder
Pros:

Tredje gången vi stannar här. Utmärkt och flexibelt hotell med fantastisk läge. Utsikten mot havet är svårslaget. Nära promenad till stranden . Personalen är alltid hjälpsamma och trevliga. Hotellet har bra glutenfria alternativ. Rummen är rena och ganska rymliga. Man fick till och med en flaska god mousserad vid på rummet när man checkade in. Vi har stannat i 20 dagar denna gång och är lila nöjda även denna gång.

Cons:

Maten kan alltid bli med varierande med t ex mera skaldjur. Kanske en kväll med kebab och spett, omelett under frukosten. Annars bra utbud på fisk kött vegetariskt och alltid en god soppa.

Cons:

only outside bar open+ ( inside bar closed all the time we were there), it was cold + raining just to get a drink in evenings,also all night entertainment outside + it was freezing, was brought in 1 night due to rain.

Pros:

From the 7th floor up the rooms are newly refurbished so I'd advise people to book them as the standard rooms are very small with no good view.the tv has kids channels which is good and itv and a few other English channels.the staff are great very helpful

Cons:

There's no kettles or fridge in the rooms which is a bit of a let down.but you can hire them out for the week

Pros:

Good value for money. Hotel is a few minutes away from the beach. Good breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

We arrived late at night and we needed a room for 3 but no one available to add the extra bed. Room was very small. No fridge. I asked for a 3rd glass in the 3 person room and they gave me a paper glass and said they cant provide a glass. I asked to use the safe box and they charge extra for it.
