What a site and pool!
Pros:

Like most Paradors there are some gluten free options, but limited. They are not marked on the menu but we always ask for the list of allergens, which is always available. The highlight of the visit for me was the swimming pool!

Great location for a short stay.

El servicio en la cafetería no es recomendable, el camarero muy antipático, el desayuno bueno pero tienes q decir el día anterior en q hora vas a bajar a desayunar. En la piscina no hay baño tienes q ir a tu habitación y tampoco cafetería. Caro para lo antiguo q es.

Necesita actualizarse.
Pros:

La ubicación y sus vistas, dormir en un castillo es una experiencia incomparable. Muy espacioso.

Necesita una actualización. La piscina es incómoda, no solo el acceso y el tamaño del recinto sino encontrar una sombra, sombrillas obsoletas,
Necesitas confirmar horarios de desayunos y comidas cuando precisamente quieres descansar de ellos.
Se echa en falta una zona exterior cómoda de descanso y relax, como si tienen la mayoría de paradores.
Cuando va a cambiar pParadores las bañeras por duchas ? O ambas.?

Todo lo esperable en un parador clásico y personal diligente y amable.
Pros:

Excelente bocadillo de pollo en la cafetería. Camarero diligente y amable. Luego, tuve un pequeño accidente fuera del Parador y la recepcionista de noche me encontró y me prestó unas muletas. Por la mañana, la empleada a cargo de la limpieza de mi habitación y el personal de recepción me ayudaron con el equipaje.
