Pros:

The location was outstanding. It is stunning. We had space.

Cons:

The doorway between the outside eating area and inside is a bottleneck. The staff gather there, a table is next to the door for staff to pile plates and guests are only able to use this one door for moving between inside and outside. It is frustrating to get through this area at breakfast with so many people using this one doorway. Staff could use another area to gather plates maybe

Amazing
Pros:

It was a fantastic journey for me, the view and atmosphere was amazing. The service was perfect and fully satisfied. Especially the staff named Jeroni and Francesca, they gave me a lot of help during my journey, they were patient and supportive. I really suggest you choose this hotel for your next trip.

Pros:

Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great dinner options in the hotel restaurant. Room was spacious and with nice view. Very affordable for 5 star hotel. We also liked the evening show. Free parking in nearby parking lot.

Cons:

The beach is small and with piles of seaweed. It is surprisingly cumbersome to get to your room as hotel designs is not intuitive. Sauna is pleasant but does not have sufficient capacity for hotel size. Cooling pool would be great. You need a car.
