The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. The area near the Loch was interesting with a few walking options. The cafe, restaurant and bar were friendly and welcoming.

Loved the location looking onto Ben Nevis. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and interested in you. Food is very good as we ate in the restaurant at night. Location is great just out of Fort William, so quieter.
The room was really warm. We had a fan, which was great, but I'm not sure what it would be like in the height of summer.
Located in a peaceful area and close to the canal. The room was spacious for a family of three and the breakfast was great.
The bathroom had compromised water pressure in both the shower and sink, and the clock on the wall made loud ticking sound during the night.
View bedroom window was good, the bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee making supplies were good. Free parking was also a bonus

I really enjoyed it. It was not what I was expecting but somehow it exceeded my expectations. The personal was very nice and always tried to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. We loved dinning at the Bistro.... It felt like home. Our 8 year old daughter felt really comfortable and enjoyed her stay and her food. For us that is always positive! Our room was extremely big and quiet. It was a very good experience.
