Guttering outside room was blocked/damaged which caused water to run down window noisily when raining.

Beautiful room, made to feel very welcome, lovely food though smaller portions would have been fine.
Room was too warm and couldn’t find thermostat to lower the temperature but I’m sure if I had asked it would have been sorted.
We have stayed here previously a couple of times. The hotel is in a nice location, and parking is good. Dinners were good ( not included in price).
I think £470 for two nights, plus £30 for the dog is a bit steep if breakfast is not included. This was for a basic standard room. Quite small. Extra for meals. I assumed breakfast was included, and didn’t notice it wasn’t until we got there.

Great location for you to travel to Fort William. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a self-service selection of bread, cereal, juice, and coffee, as well as a choice of a hot dish.
The hotel was a bit old, and the room was a bit small.
