Excellent hotel, location is perfect and deffo recommend.
Pros:

Excellent rooms with everything you need as well as big bathroom. The complimentary coffee hot chocolate and water was extra special.

Cons:

A more modern tv would of been ideal to watch Netflix or YouTube on in the evenings.

Sa localisation, son parking et son restaurant / snacking et sa literie

Cons:

Les chambres sont très vieilles, moquettes, chaises sales, la tringle de rideaux de douche était cassée et scotché. Le personnel aurait pu expliquer légèrement plus certains points lors de l’arrivée. De plus, les chambres sont mal insonorisés. Pour juste dormir, cet hôtel est suffisamment correct mais pourrait prévoir des rénovations.

Cons:

Overpriced for what it was....tired and in need of redecoration.Staff v. nice if impersonal, breakfast poor and dinner very overpriced. Tried to cancel a paid breakfast a week in advance but would not consider refunding price.
Usb ports in rooms not working, and some waitressing leaves a bit to be desired...clearing plates away without asking?

Frustrating
Pros:

-It was fine until the morning.
-Lady on reception was helpful.

Cons:

1) Lack of gluten free options in the bistro - eg a gluten free burger bun option would be nice.
2) We'd asked for a late checkout at 12pm rather than 11pm which was agreed. Housekeeping came into my room when I was naked and asleep at 10.20am but then quickly left. Then disturbed me again at 11.20amish to try and clean the room until I said we'd had a late checkout at 12pm. Why are they not communicating with reception to see who has checked out before disturbing customers? It really stressed me out and I didn't feel safe in the room.
3) There wasn't enough toilet paper left in our room and no one was on reception when we needed it.
