I liked that it was close to the metro station, so I could easily take the metro and get to the places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even worse. On top of that, there was a bad smell coming from what I think was the drain.

La ubicación era muy buena, estaba muy bien comunicado con cualquier punto a visitar, incluso se podía ir dando un paseo. El personal por lo general era muy agradable. Además, puedes dejar tus maletas sin coste adicional y tiene un rincón con infusiones, agua, galletas... lo cual me parece un bonito detalle.

Cons:

El baño era excesivamente pequeño y ruidoso, y entraba un poco de aire por la ventana de la habitación. Uno de los días que bajamos a desayunar faltaban más de la mitad de las cosas por poner todavía y la chica que estaba trabajando ese día tardó mucho en facilitarnos un café cuando no había nadie más. Por lo demás todo genial.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely staff, great continental breakfast. Excellent location. Great value

Cons:

Didn’t realise that there was no lift and there were too many steep stairs for me. Great for a fit person. For less able people, need to ask for a more accessible room. Staff were very helpful and offered to carry and collect luggage for me.
