I recommend this hotel for a good stay at a budget price.
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our needs - very reasonably priced, ideally situated right by Kings Cross/St.Pancreas, and clean with pleasant staff.

Cons:

Ideal for a night's stay if you're transferring thru St Pancras / Kings cross areas.
Pros:

Location superb and staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Lot of eateries in walking distance and Kings Cross / St.Pancras Stations is right opposite (literally have to cross road and you're at the stations). They can keep you luggage if you're doing early check-in or late check out; however, it's an open room, so no security for the luggage (at owner's risk).

Cons:

Rooms are quite small and bathroom even smaller (but has all facilities and toiletries). Very small space for cloth / coat hanging. Walls are thin and can hear outside noise from neighborhood in the night.

Very poor facility. Not Recommended
Pros:

Only the location of this hotel was good. It is like 5mins walk yo King's Cross station. Every other thing is very poor. Had a smell and dirty carpet on the stairs.

Cons:

The room had a smell and the sheets were dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is below standard and the staff I met were very nonchalant. It is below standard. I was uncomfortable.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal.

Cons:

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, apenas tenías sitio para moverte. Baño y ducha separados y muy pequeños.
Con barreras arquitectónicas, escaleras para subir y pequeñas .
Las habitaciones estaban pegadas unas a otras, apenas había 1 metro de separación.
Las ventanas al exterior no podían abrirse.
Sólo te dan una toalla y jabón de aseo.
