Der Gardasee ist sicher eine Reise wert.

Die Lautstärke am Hotel, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig gewesen, ein Müllentsorgung oder Be- und Anlieferung schon ab 6:00 Uhr morgens ist eigentlich eine Zumutung und ist, einem 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Auch wäre bei der Hotelanlage mal eine Renovierung von Notwendig es ist alles ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen

Apesar da chuva foi muito bom.

O pequeno almoco era otimo, muita variedade de comida e bebida.
limpeza otima no restaurante onde serviam o pequeno almoco.
Limpeza do quarto tambem escelente e simpatia da senhora da limpeza.
gostei muito tambem da piscina interior porque a de fora nao pode usar porque infelizmente estava a chover.
Localizacao otima tambem, apesar de estar um pouco afastado do centro (mais ou menos 1km) tinham BUS para quem quisesse ir ao centro, eu optei por ir a pe porque gosto de caminhar e apesar de ser um pouco ingreme fazia-se bem, tambem tinham um acesso com escadas que podiamos fazer a partir do hotel que nos levava ate meio do caminho para quem fosse a pe.
as vistas eram maravilhosas em qualquer parte do hotel, podia-se ver o lago em toda a frente do hotel.
o atendimento na hora de chegada foi super, parabens as funcionarias.

o que poderia ter sido melhor na minha opiniao foi que a casa de banho do quarto ja estava um pouco desgastada para um hotel 4 estrelas. para tomar banho de choveiro a agua saia para fora da banheira, o chuveiro tambem estava a perder agua, e as torneiras ja estavam muito desgastadas. Disseram que ia para um quarto que tinha sido renovado mas so foi mesmo o chao e paredes porque na casa de banho nao fizeram nada. A garagem (onde eu fiquei porque nao fui ver as outras) para quem nao tem muita experiencia e um pouco apertado para estacionar, mas consegue-se.

Very clean hotel with fabulous views. Staff were above and beyond everyday with recommendations, managing taxis, storing luggage etc. Very regular shuttle Bus town for 1.5 euro each which saved the rather steep walk. (This is the trade off for the view). Very reasonable drink prices at the bar.

Cons:

Rooms and hotel is tired decor wise and facilities not 4 star but view, staff and cleanliness made up for it

Csodás kilátás volt a szobából, a hotel kertje és kinti medencék nagyon szépek. A reggelinél bőséges a választék, minden finom és a környezet is fantasztikus.

Cons:

A szoba bútorai elavultak, a párnák kényelmetlenek. Hiányzott a takaró, lepedővel takarózni nem túl kényelmes.

Environnement exceptionnel et magnifique!

Cons:

Réseau wifi médiocre, le signal se perdait continuellement. Les lits inconfortables, matelas très mous et oreillers durs. Nourriture au buffet.....belle variété mais qualité pas au top. Aliments qui doivent être chaud, ne sont que tièdes, fraîcheur des aliments.... à désirer, par exemple les croissants au déjeuner

Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das kostenlose Parken fanden wir auch toll.

Totul e la superlativ, locația, curățenia, personalul, micul dejun complet. M-a impresionat mult priveliștea din camera, liniștea, iar personalul mereu atent ca să te simți răsfățat! Vom reveni cu siguranță!
