We had stayed at L'ermitage once before and were very happy with our return visit
Pros:

The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent and the facilities matched our needs. In particular the dinner menu was very good and the food first class

Cons:

If there is any manner in which the facilities could be improved it would be through the provision of Tea/Coffee making facilities in the bedrooms
