Unique Hotel, Great Location and 5 Star Cuisine
Pros:

Great location in the village of Puligny Montrachet one of finest vineyard areas of France. Close to the major town of Beaune. Welcoming front desk staff, hotel is immaculate and includes a main building and dedicated rooms and adjacent property opposite the hotel. Breakfast is offered as part of the stay with additional al carte items if required. Dinner is cordon bleu. Service 5 star. Rooms are spacious with some with balconies.

A treat to stay in such a lovely location with delicious food and wine.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Delicious dinner with beautiful wines recommended by the Sommelier. Nothing too much trouble. Definitely staying again and bringing friends with us.

Une parenthèse enchantée au coeur de la culture Bourguignonne
Pros:

Chambre fonctionnelle et claire - j'ai bcp apprécié le café ou les fruits à disposition
Le petit-déjeuner était parfait - juste un peu long entre l'arrivée ou la commande - il n'y avait qu'une seule personne
Le dîner était franchement fabuleux et mérite une étoile au Michelin - la salle redécorée est très jolie avec une belle ambiance - les tables sont bien espacées (attention au pied central qui empêche d'étendre ses jambes mais on trouve des solutions) - le service est globalement très bien : les plats sont bien expliquées, le service n'est pas trop présent / inquisiteur

Cons:

en revanche et cela n'est pas orienté vers la sommelière, qui fait vraiment au mieux de ses capacités, mais ses connaissances ne sont pas assez fournies pour présenter les vins et conseiller un client amateur / parfois connaisseur. La carte des vins est très bien faite - il est impératif surtout quand on se situe en Bourgogne au coeur des grands crus en blanc de connaitre les parcelles, les vignerons, leur façon de vinifier et pouvoir accorder les mets choisis avec les vins.

Przepiękne i bardzo czysty pokój. Bardzo miła obsługa . Wspaniała lokalizacja do zwiedzania Burgundii. Wyjątkowe miejsce . Napewno wrócimy

Wystrój sali restauracji- bardzo dziwny i nie pasujący do Burgundii. Szczególnie wiklina na ścianie i dziwne żyrandole - jak na Bali a to przecież Burgundia . Pamietam tę restauracje kilka lat temu - przyjeżdżamy tam juz od 7 lat - wystrój był o wiele lepszy - klasyczny, elegancki i prawdziwie burgundzki . Kuchnia tez była o wiele lepsza
