Pros:

Les chambres sont magnifiques.
Le Yonaguna Spa vraiment immense et offrant une variété de possibilités de détente incroyable.
La table du restaurant est très correct.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas formé correctement. La qualité du service n’est pas du tout à hauteur de la qualité de la nourriture servie . Ce qui n’était pas le cas dans l’ancien restaurant ou la qualité du service était en adéquation totale avec la nourriture proposée.
De plus restaurant est beaucoup trop sombre et mal éclairé.
Les nouveaux t-shirt de votre personnel ressemblent à des pyjamas mal repassés.

Nicht wirklich erholsam und insgesamt zu teuer
Pros:

Für den Preis zu klein, zu weit zu weg, für das ganze Hotel war das Zimmer zu normal.

Cons:

Es war für dem gehobenen Preis, zu wenig dabei. Jedes Extra wurde einem nochmal berechnet. Saunalandschaft etc. Und dann wurde uns auch noch das Frühstück, das wir nicht hatten berechnet. Wir mussten die Endrechnung extra anfordern. Das Geld wurde sehr schnell zurück überwiesen und das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.
