Categories

Cleanliness
6.4
Mixed reports: several guests praise cleanliness, but multiple mentions of stained/moquette carpets, a wet/moldy-smelling room and scuffed sink indicate notable cleanliness/maintenance issues.
Service
9.4
Consistently positive: many reviews highlight very friendly, attentive and professional staff; guests repeatedly note excellent reception and helpfulness.
Location
9.6
Very strong: repeatedly described as ideal/very well located — minutes from the main train station, close to the old town, restaurants and transport links.
Room Quality
8
Generally good: comfortable beds, quiet/insulated rooms and some larger rooms reported, but issues noted with small bathrooms, missing sockets, shower doors and some worn fittings.
Amenities
8
Solid basics: in-room coffee/tea facilities, kettle and free bottled water appreciated; however intermittent slow Wi‑Fi, occasional outage and few electrical outlets were reported.
Value for Money
9
Frequently seen as good value: multiple guests describe the hotel as very recommendable and good quality/price for a short stay despite some extra charges (e.g., breakfast).
Food and Beverage
6.5
Underwhelming breakfast: several guests find the breakfast limited, overpriced or reheated/industrial items; some guests did not try breakfast and could not rate it.
Overall Experience
9.5
Positive overall: strong location and service lead to many recommendations; cleanliness and breakfast shortcomings temper the experience but do not overshadow it for most guests.

The staff are very friendly. Location is great
Pros:

Close to the old town and the train stations

Cons:

The room we are in which I point out to the manager is wet. Stays wet until we check out. And a moldy smells created by the constant water in the carpet

Muy Recomendable
Pros:

Pros:
