Don't recommend this place for the money they charge

Breakfast not included. Didn't care for it just looking at the place

Cons:

facility is old and anticuated. Needs some renovation desperately. Rooms are very small, not worth what they charge for it. Would not recommend it

An exceptional hotel supported by professional, friendly staff, that ensured a pleasant hotel experience.
Pros:

Exceptional hotel in a good location which was central to shops, restaurants and the grotto. Also, it was 200 metres away from the shuttle bus stop to the
airport. In addition to these excellent facilities, the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, in particular Gustav (the morning receptionist) and Mono (the night receptionist) whose help was invaluable.

I was a little disappointed, but the view was good.

did not eat at hotel

Cons:

shower was small and curtain did not protect the bathroom. there was a kettle, but only one disposable cup, one sachet of coffee, one of tea and no milk. I bought my own, and a ceramic mug.

Den Preis nicht wert, aber gute Lage
Pros:

Es gab nahegelegene Parkplätze und die Grotte lag nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und während des Ein-und Auscheckens aus dem Hotel konnten wir unser Auto direkt vor der Tür parken, um unser Gepäck ein-und aufzuladen.

Cons:

Das WLAN im Hotel war miserabel, teilweise hat es nicht einmal für eine einfache Googlesuche gereicht. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig. Man konnte die Gäste im Nebenzimmer deutlich reden hören, die Badezimmer sind laut und das in einem Pilgerort, wo Scharen von Gästen noch nach spätabends im Zimmer ankommen und früh morgens sich fertigmachen. Eine Nacht durchzuschlafen war da kaum möglich.

Guter hotelstandard, Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Fluss, Parkmöglichkeit in einer abgeschlossenen Halle, sehr vielsprachiges Personal

Cons:

Die ganze Atmosphäre der Massenabfertigung, die uns in Lourdes erschreckt hat. Zum Frühstück wurden z.B. alte Brötchen und Croissants bereits auf dem Teller zugeteilt.

La possibilità di dormire in quell'hotel

Cons:

Arrivo dopo un viaggio partendo da Andorra, come di consueto prenoto prima di partire. Arrivo in hotel e mi negano l'accesso per un errore dovuto a loro. Mi hanno detto di cancellare la prenotazione tutto questo senza pensare che non capivo nulla di quello che mi dicevano. Ho capito solo che stavo pagando il prezzo della colazione.. ero stanco arrabbiato e confuso. Appena arrivato in un posto di pace ho cercato di stare calmo. Se loro fanno i problemi non devono prendersela con gli ospiti. O di chi approfitta.
