Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Het hotel ligt heel dicht bij de heiligdommen, maar ja, bijna alles is daar hotel :). Voor restaurantjes moet je een paar minuten lopen, maar nog altijd in de buurt. Het hotel was prima. Goede bedden en goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

A deux pas du sanctuaire!
Pros:

Très belle chambre d’hôtel, dans un emplacement idéal, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la grotte de Lourdes. L’hôtel est donc parfaitement situé pour visiter le sanctuaire à pied.

Cons:

Un des points négatifs concerne une odeur désagréable provenant des toilettes. Mis à part cela, tout était correct et le séjour s’est bien passé.
Il y avait aussi le problème de la climatisation au milieu de la nuit qui s'est arrêtée.

Pros:

Готель має одну дуже велику перевагу — чудове розташування. До Санктуарію Лурда буквально кілька хвилин пішки, що особливо зручно для паломників і для відвідування вечірньої процесії.

На жаль, сам номер нас розчарував. Ми отримали дуже маленький номер на 8-му поверсі з низькою скошеною стелею, через що простір здавався ще тіснішим. Вид із вікна — практично безпосередньо на сусідній готель. Для готелю категорії 4★ очікували значно комфортнішого номера.

Ще один мінус для тих, хто приїжджає автомобілем: парковка знаходиться досить далеко від готелю — приблизно 15 хвилин пішки. З валізами це не дуже зручно.

У готелі є три ліфти, але через велику кількість гостей вони майже постійно зайняті, тому іноді доводиться досить довго чекати.

Сніданок непоганий: є випічка, яйця, сир, шинка, йогурти, фрукти, пластівці та інші стандартні продукти. Проте нічого особливого. Враховуючи, що буквально навколо готелю багато кафе, де можна поснідати значно дешевше й цікавіше, наступного разу ми б сніданок у готелі не брали.

Підсумовуючи: ідеальне розташування біля Санктуарію, але сам номер і загальний рівень комфорту не відповідали нашим очікуванням від 4-зіркового готелю. Для короткої зупинки заради відвідування святині — зручно, але вдруге я б уважніше обирала готель

Hotel is great and is value for money
Pros:

I don't use the breakfast service but the room and facilities are great

Cons:

I was advised that I could remain in my room until 1:00 pm as a late checkout. This was confirmed both via email through Booking.com and again when I checked into the hotel.

Unfortunately, on the day of departure, I was asked to vacate the room at 11:00 am, and my keycards stopped working while all of my belongings were still in the room. As I have stayed at this hotel previously and value my relationship with the hotel, I voluntarily agreed to assist by vacating the room at approximately 11:30 am. However, this was quite inconvenient, particularly as I was volunteering at the Shrine and had planned my day around the confirmed 1:00 pm checkout.

In the rush to unexpectedly vacate the room earlier than planned, I accidentally left some personal belongings behind. The staff were very apologetic about the situation, which I appreciated.

My feedback would be to improve the coordination and recording of communication with guests, particularly where specific arrangements such as late checkouts have been agreed. It would be helpful if these arrangements were clearly documented in the hotel’s system so that all staff can see what has been confirmed with a guest.

As someone who returns to the hotel year after year, I also believe there is an opportunity to better recognise and support returning guests. It was uncomfortable to feel that my explanation regarding the agreed late checkout was initially being questioned, and fortunately I had retained the confirmation email as proof.

I hope this feedback is received constructively, as I have stayed at the hotel before and would like to continue doing so. Better internal communication and visibility of guest arrangements would help avoid situations like this in the future.

Great location! Great value! Good service!
Pros:

Location was perfect if you are looking to head to the Grotto or the church! The staff were welcoming and made it super easy for us. They even ensure that we were able to get an accessible room.

Cons:

Nothing bad to be honest! If I had to nit pick its a bit near the tourist area with a lot of souvenir shops but that's not a bad thing if you want to get your stuff and be close to the church.
