Beautiful, comfortable, modern property with air conditioning. A five minute walk to the side gates of the Basilica.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. If you want an espresso and baguette, it’s perfect. For anything else, I would not recommend it.

Perfect location for Lourdes grotto, which is a short walk away and near all amenities. Very clean, well priced hotel with pleasant staff and a nice breakfast. Lemon water always available on the bar for self service which was a relief as we had a heatwave while we were there. Free car park is a 25 minute walk away, perfect if you are able bodied but not if you have walking issues. It is stated in the website but I missed it. There is also alternative parking you can pay for. We had a fantastic stay and loved it there. Thank you.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t so cold but acceptable. Fan offered by reception.

Pas mauvais très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble gros point faible le stationnement
Pros:

Le duplex rien à dire très bonne chambre ainsi que l’emplacement pour aller au sanctuaire parfait.

Cons:

Manque d’eau ainsi qu’une machine à café dans la chambre surtout pour une chambre deluxe. Le parking pour garer la voiture une horreur loin de l’hôtel de plus quand on ne connaît pas l’endroit où bien après une journée de visite compliqué.

Frühstuck und Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die zentrale Lage ist gut. Das erste Zimmer wurde von uns beanstandet, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben sehr schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert bei unser Zimmer Wechsel. Für die Rezeption, Daumen hoch! Wir waren am ersten Abend Nachtessen im Hauseigenem Restaurant, die Qualität der Küche war wirklich Gut 😊 aber dafür der Service…

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants (Nachtessen/Frühstuck) waren sichtlich überfordert, keine zeit für einem guten Service. Für ein vier Sterne Haus stimmt der Preis und das Leistungsverhältnis nicht, leider. Die Mitarbeiter möchte ich kein Vorwurf machen, das Management sollte bei sich selbst nachschauen.

Would not recommend
Pros:

The property is located really close to the church, but the location is the only positive.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rubbish, and there were literal crumbs on the console in our bedroom when we first got to our room.
