Décevant, Personnel à revoir !
Pros:

Notre 1 ère fois était top mais notre 2 eme NON!!
l n’y aura pas de troisième séjour. Le Pays basque regorge d’établissements bien meilleurs, et nous préférerons désormais aller ailleurs.
Le personnel manque clairement de professionnalisme et d’attention. Quand on paie pour un service, on s’attend à un minimum d’écoute et de qualité, ce qui n’a pas été le cas ici.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. Le prix est clairement trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées. La chambre était petite, sans frigo avec une odeur désagréable d’égouts, matelas trop mou et la climatisation particulièrement bruyante, ce qui a rendu les nuits peu reposantes en plus d’entendre le voisin du dessus enfants qui court et cri ainsi que la route passante à côté malgré le surclassement payé pour éviter d’être proche de la route .
Le personnel, quant à lui, manque de professionnalisme : nos demandes n’ont pas été prises en compte.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est cher et de qualité décevante, surtout comparé à notre première expérience qui était pourtant positive. Peut-être que cela est lié à la période de Pâques, mais cela ne justifie pas une telle différence.

Option massage d'1h pour une amie qui est revenue hyper ravie !!!

Pros:

Un accueil très agréable sur les 2 nuits que nous avons passé. Le personnel est très disponible. Les pièces de vie et la chambre sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Un havre de calme en cette saison. Nous y reviendrons vite.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le cadre, l'emplacement, le jardin et la piscine ! Un accueil parfait avec la visite de l'établissement et de la chambre.
Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.

Cons:

Petite odeur d'égout dans la chambre surtout la journée et salle de bain très belle mais pas très pratique et étroite.

Amazing place and lovely staff, fabulous swimming pool and beautiful apartment. We loved our stay there!

Cons:

Nothing major but l think the flat needs more cooking dishes in the kitchen, and positioning of the dishwasher is unpractical. Also there should be a TV in the living room, not just in the bedroom.

Serene modern design, cosy spaces, great staff and mountain views.
Pros:

All the staff were super friendly and kind. We arrived very stressed due to heavy traffic, heavy rain, and getting lost by car. The hotel is very new and pretty. Lots of cosy communal spaces with soft furnishing and decor. Beautiful mountain views from the rooms.

Cons:

The bathtub is a disaster. A small square cold space, which you cannot lie down in. No ledge to put toiletries, no rest for your back and no handles to help get in and out. Design concept, not functional. No view or window in the bathroom, just a plain grey wall, in a brand new modern design hotel with mountain views. We wonder what the architect was thinking.

Ein wunderbarer Ort!
Pros:

Man ist in einem Hotel, aber fühlt sich nicht so. Hotelgedöns alles sehr dezent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem angrenzenden Nebengebäude, mit kleiner Terrasse, hohen Decken und moderner Einrichtung.
Die Betten waren weich und angenehm. Das Badezimmer großzügig und ebenfalls modern.

Aufenthaltsraum/ Frühstück war sehr schön, mit Kamin, Sesseln, Sofas und Tischen zum Sitzen, spielen, arbeiten, essen, auch für größere Gruppen (8 - 10 Personen), gleichzeitig auch kleinere Tische. Ausblick auf die Pyrenäen - ein Traum: Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang.

Toller Garten mit Pool und Yogaraum.. Personal: jung, motiviert, hilfsbereit...mega.

Ausleih von ganz neuen E-Bikes möglich. Ort mit kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) und Restaurant nah.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
