Le cadre, l'emplacement, le jardin et la piscine ! Un accueil parfait avec la visite de l'établissement et de la chambre.
Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.
Petite odeur d'égout dans la chambre surtout la journée et salle de bain très belle mais pas très pratique et étroite.

Nothing major but l think the flat needs more cooking dishes in the kitchen, and positioning of the dishwasher is unpractical. Also there should be a TV in the living room, not just in the bedroom.
All the staff were super friendly and kind. We arrived very stressed due to heavy traffic, heavy rain, and getting lost by car. The hotel is very new and pretty. Lots of cosy communal spaces with soft furnishing and decor. Beautiful mountain views from the rooms.
The bathtub is a disaster. A small square cold space, which you cannot lie down in. No ledge to put toiletries, no rest for your back and no handles to help get in and out. Design concept, not functional. No view or window in the bathroom, just a plain grey wall, in a brand new modern design hotel with mountain views. We wonder what the architect was thinking.
First class Basque accommodation and value. Everything done with care and graciousness, quality products and accoutrements, and great attentiveness from the entire staff.

Man ist in einem Hotel, aber fühlt sich nicht so. Hotelgedöns alles sehr dezent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem angrenzenden Nebengebäude, mit kleiner Terrasse, hohen Decken und moderner Einrichtung.
Die Betten waren weich und angenehm. Das Badezimmer großzügig und ebenfalls modern.
Aufenthaltsraum/ Frühstück war sehr schön, mit Kamin, Sesseln, Sofas und Tischen zum Sitzen, spielen, arbeiten, essen, auch für größere Gruppen (8 - 10 Personen), gleichzeitig auch kleinere Tische. Ausblick auf die Pyrenäen - ein Traum: Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang.
Toller Garten mit Pool und Yogaraum.. Personal: jung, motiviert, hilfsbereit...mega.
Ausleih von ganz neuen E-Bikes möglich. Ort mit kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) und Restaurant nah.

Hotel complet, espaces communs inutilisables surtout en période d'épidémie.
5 stelle perché non se ne possono dare 6! Veramente un soggiorno perfetto: il luogo è stupendo, un’oasi di pace (a 15 min da Biarritz), perfettamente arredato in stile naturale. La colazione ricca e con prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Viaggiamo con un cane: la struttura è perfettamente pet friendly (chiede un supplemento naturalmente), con cuscino e ciotola disponibili in camera, giardino accessibile al nostro amico a 4 zampe, nessun problema a lasciarlo solo in camera mentre abbiamo goduto del centro benessere con sauna e bagno turco. Ma il ringraziamento più grande va alle eccezionali ragazze della reception che ci hanno aiutato nella ricerca di un veterinario il 31 dicembre (per una piccola urgenza ortopedica)! Senza di loro non ce l’avremmo mai fatta, sono state preziose, disponibili e molto umane. Grazie ancora, davvero!
Hôtel très bien situé, calme et un petit déjeuner super bon. Choix divers, il y en a pour tout le monde.
Le personnel est super sympa et souriant.
Peut-être, un manque d'isolation au niveau bruit, on entendait la vaisselle en dessous de notre chambre (coin repas je suppose)
La tranquilidad del lugar, el buen gusto en la decoración de todas las instalaciones.
La habitación un poco pequeña, las puertas del armario no podía abrirse del todo por falta de espacio, y faltaba quizás un perchero para colgar abrigos.

L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes de la cote et des montagnes. Superbe vue depuis l'hôtel. Superbes prestations de confort, tout en gardant le charme du bâtiment ancien. Lumineux, spacieux, accueillant et confortable. L'équipe de l'hôtel est accueillante, souriante et très attentive.
