Hôtel très sérieux, accueil impeccable cordial et courtois, propreté nickel, esprit vieilles pierres et lieu historique (Balzac), très bon séjour , literie de qualité , si je reviens à Tours , je sais où je séjournerai, Merci beaucoup
Seul bémol, comme dans tous centres ville, le stationnement est payant, les taxes et impôts sont le sport national en France, on est au moins champion hors catégorie du parfait client captif au dépend des entrepreneurs tel que ce charmant Monsieur qui est très professionnel et fait vivre un hôtel de qualité
Ame du logis, situation historique en plein coeur de Tours, bon rapport qualité prix.
Pour ma part, petite difficulté avec les escaliers étroits et anciens, mais pas insurmontable!
On pourrait apprécier une bouilloire (gratuite) à dispo

Très bel hôtel dans un ancien bâtiment où même Honoré de Balzac a séjourné... et juste en face du théâtre.... on fait partie de l'histoire ! Accueil parfait .

Pratique car proche de la gare (15min à pied) et du centre (20min).
La chambre dans laquelle j'ai dormi n'était pas du tout insonorisée, on entend tout que ça soit dehors ou dedans. De plus, ma chambre donnait en pleine salle du petit déjeuner (bruit à partir de 6h30).

Du bruit dans la rue donnant sur le théâtre dans la nuit de Samedi à Dimanche.
Hôtel avec un très bon accueuil et bien situé
Chambre confortable mais insonorisation inexistante aussi bien intérieure qu'exterieure, nous avons passé une nuit horrible.
