AVOID THIS HOTEL

Everything ! We tried to book a disabled and pet friendly room the hotel contacted me stating no disabled rooms available but a ground floor room was available ?assumming it would be suitable for my wheelchair bound husband and a dog and a cat we sent a message stated that would be ok as long as my husband could get in and around the room we would manage for one night ! When we got there the receptionist stated she had changed people around and got us a better room on the 2nd floor next to the lift ! We sat down deciding to have dinner we ordered and my husband went to check the room he was gone a long time when he returned he told me he went into the room the door closed behide him and he did not have any space to turn around to get out the room was that small ! He had to scream for help until a man from another room came and helped him out of the room ! He told reception they got a tape measure to measure the enterance of the room against his wheelchair and never came back to us ! In the end i had to go and find the receptionist she told me i had booked this room and we were told they had no disabled rooms ! I told her it was suppose to be a ground floor room and would obvouisly be suitable as i told them my husband was in a wheelchair and we had a dog and a cat when we first booked ? If not suitable all they had to say sorry no room ? If my husband went into the room he could not get anywhere apart from the entrance and meant i could not go the bathroom or out of the front door as the wheelchair could only get im the enterance way ?plus where the dog and cat would go ?? I dont know ?,i told her this was serious what if there was a fire ? No excape !! She was not interested just kept telling me i had booked it so in the end she got her manager on the phone ! I told him all of this but all he kept saying was we told you we had no disabled rooms and you booked the room so i said so were was the ground floor room ???

Hôtel proche de la ville de Dijon, comprenant un parking
Possibilité de manger sur place

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée, on nous informe que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas 🤔 en fait on ne savait pas les fermer, ce qui est plutôt ennuyant quand on loge au rez-de-chaussée.

Uma péssima experiência que nao recomendo
Pros:

Staff bastante rude
Estivemos 3 dias sem água quente e sempre que procurávamos saber quando se resolveria as respostas eram de enorme má educação, risos de gozo. Os quartos só foram arrumados depois de reclamarmos. O pequeno era fraco e às 7h30 o que desaparecia nem sequer era reposto.

Prima hotel voor doorreis naar Zuid -Frankrijk!!
Pros:

Erg aardig personeel , eten in het restaurant was prima !! Zwembadje bij het hotel, en een heerlijk terras.

Cons:

Er was een storing van de brandmelder die ging wel ffies te keer !! Personeel heeft dat netjes opgelost .

Cons:

Hotel a fuir.
1/ en arrivant a ma chambre la poubelle etait sur le pallier j'ai du la mettre en place moi même
2/ Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude.
3/ Une grosse mouche à nécessité que je me batte avec elle pour pouvoir dormir.
4/ Enfin, les splits de clim étaient bruyants et ne font pas ou peu de froid.
Cet hôtel ne vaut pas son prix.
