What an excellent hotel - comfortable room, large pool, great food and helpful, friendly staff!
Pros:

What a fantastic experience! A lovely hotel, with beautiful grounds and large pool.
Staff throughout the hotel could not do more to help us: arranging wine tastings, making recommendations of villages to visit and booking taxis etc.
Room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool and excellent air con - the weather was between 33-40C!
Breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate outside on most days. The dinner menu is a little more limited but the food is beautifully cooked is a true representation of Tuscan cuisine.
The hotel even managed to extend our room availability to fit with our flight times.

Cons:

Very little! Hotel is a bit too far outside Pescia for a comfortable walk (c2.2km) as the weather was close to 40C much of the time!
No mention of salads on the dinner menu, but they ARE available!
