Muy tranquilo, buenas instalaciones, parking gratuito , animación diaria, comida variada y buena limpieza.

Pros:

El hotel está genial en relación calidad-precio. El buffet variado. Buena animación. Una piscina espectacular. Fácil de aparcar. Ubicación perfecta.

Como punto negativo mencionar las almohadas que no eran muy cómodas.

Je recommande cet hôtel. Nous avons séjourné 4 jours et nous ne les avons même pas vus passer.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis le jour de notre arrivée.

Mention spéciale aux serveurs du restaurant et aux cuisiniers pour leur gentillesse et leur sourire.

Nous nous sommes très vite attachés à eux et le départ n’a pas été facile.

En résumé : un personnel au top, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable ! 😊

Buenas tardes hotel con moqueta en las habitaciones antiguas y viejas , en una zona de calor creo que no es la mejor opcion y todas las puertas de las habitaciones podridas por debajo..

La ubicación es perfecta, zona tranquila, la habitación que nos tocó era de 10 y muy limpia, felicitar a la camarera de pisos orlinda

La información no existe , muy mala la comida , la limpieza de los basos del bufet es horrible, te los cambian y te dan uno igual o peor, bebidas muy caras 1 refresco de maquina 4 euros , el spa no me han dejado verlo y tampoco funciona completamente, las piscinas muy bonitas solo que nadie te informa que una de ellas es climatizada, algunas cucarachas por la zona donde hacen el show y un horrible mal olor en la zona , los ascensores son de risa, no suben y bajan correctamente, y cuando mas contento vas, bajan un piso y te ponen sobrecarga y deben de bajarse algunas personas para continuar .

La comodidad y el espacio en las habitaciones . Las piscinas geniales

Cons:

Quizás los horarios de la guagua que tiene el hotel , es gratuita pero poco horarios . , tres de ida a Teguise y tres de vuelta . Y la vuelta la última guagua muy temprano las 17.30h de la tarde , después ya no hay más servicio .

Cons:

Pool area had not been cleaned in the 10 nights we stayed. Entertainment was shocking, what was advertised was never on. Carpets in the rooms, very unhygienic. Very dated hotel. Football teams running wild in the corridors and after complaining nothing was done about it!

Los horarios de spa y piscina ajustados a las 6 cerraba. Colchones demasiado blandos. La tele no funcionaba bien.
