We enjoyed our stay except for the dinners.
Pros:

The staff were charming. The room, the view, the breakfast were fine.

Cons:

Dinner was disappointing, as it was last year. The menu was quite limited, and we found most dishes were not very tasty. A strong emphasis on Spanish recipes, whereas we would have liked a more international flavour. The plates (at all meals) were always cold or nearly cold. The lighting in the dining room in the evening was very bright so there was no atmosphere, and no feeling at all that having a meal there was a special occasion.

El desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

La comida en el restaurante fue la peor experiencia de mi vida. Por culpa del arroz q nos sirvieron. Un arroz meloso pasado de cocción y sin sabor. Pagamos y nos fuimos.
Nos encantan los paradores (todos) y especialmente el de Jávea ya q nuestra residencia en España está muy cerca pero no volveremos al restaurante.
El hotel es excelente!
