La ducha no tenía fuerza y la manilla del baño estaba tan dura que mi pareja no era capaz a abrirla

Es gab um 7:30h keinen Kaffee, nirgends. Nichtmal eine Kaffeemaschine, um selbst Kaffee zu kochen. Das meiste Personal hat auch nicht geholfen.
Da man bei der Hitze früh aufstehen muss, wenn man etwas unternehmen will (ich musste arbeiten), finde ich dad ein No Go in einem extrem teuren 4 Sterne Hotel.
Der Pool ist ab 15h so heiß, dass er nur noch eine Sauna ist. Er öffnet aber leider auch nicht früh sondern erst ab 11h.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The building is beautiful, full of character, and the rooms are exceptional. The pool is also fantastic and was especially appreciated when we arrived, as it was 41°C outside—it was the perfect way to cool off after our journey.
The only slight downside was finding somewhere to eat nearby. On the day we arrived, it seemed as though much of the town was closed, so we ended up dining at the hotel instead. Thankfully, that turned out to be a great choice.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel, and we had a fantastic stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We really enjoyed our stay and honestly couldn't fault the hotel. We were only there for one night, but everything was excellent. The parking was convenient, the pool was fantastic, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with exceptional rooms.
The only minor downside was that we couldn't find anywhere else to eat when we arrived, so we ended up dining at the hotel. The menu is quite fine dining, which may not suit everyone's tastes, and there was a slight language barrier with some of the staff. However, they were friendly and did their best to help, so it certainly didn't detract from our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd happily stay there again.

Like most Spanish restaurants the food is heavily meat focused with little in the way of vegetable accompaniments
Está muy bien ubicado y es un lugar precioso. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. La habitación muy grande y cómoda. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas y la piscina preciosa. Ofrecen también una guía gratuita al parador que fue muy interesante.
El acceso al parador no está muy bien señalizado si vienes en coche. Nos costó un par de vueltas dar con él. Tiene una señal pequeño pero al principio no dábamos con ella. Es un parador que si vienes en coche, tienes que entrar desde el garaje. Hay que llamar al portero y ya te abren. No se ve el parador desde fuera y es lo que nos tenía despistados.

We had booked this hotel (1 night x 2 rooms) almost a year in advance for a planned tour of the country, to be advised BY WHATTS APP MESSAGE! two days before heading out on tour that they had double booked us - In reality it was found that they had a big event on and prioritised the event over us and cancelled our rooms. We were left with them offering an unsatisfactory alternative and had to significantly alter our travel and accommodation plans.
When we phoned to try to resolve matter staff were exceptionally rude and did not want to know. It was only when we got Booking.com involved that the hotel offered an alternative that was not acceptable and ended up resolving it ourselves.
Would not recommend.
