Un Parador como deberían ser todos. A la antigua usanza y derrochando confort y elegancia.
Pros:

Tengo que recalcar la atención de la recepcionista (no recuerdo el nombre pero sé que era de Coruña) por su amabilidad, gentileza, educación y profesionalidad durante todos los trámites para el check in. Así mismo, el Maitre del Restaurante, Juan Carlos, fue extremadamente servicial, profesional, amable, gentil. Hacía tiempo no nos sentíamos tan bien tratados. Sin embargo, el desayuno, debido a demasiada gente fue un poco caótico. Pero todo el personal hizo lo posible para que estuviésemos cómodos. Quizás en casos así sería mejor pedir el room service.

Cons:

No es solo el Parador, en la mayoría de Hoteles, la sábana bajera de las camas no la remeten bien y te pasas toda la noche intentando arreglar las arrugas que se forman. Se soluciona estirando bien la sábana y metiéndola por debajo del colchón o utilizar unas sábanas que solo he encontrado en Hoteles de Portugal y Austria. Son de un tejido elástico, muy suave y nunca hay arrugas.

Pros:

Magnifico entorno, excepcional atención y estupenda visita guiada por el parador y la ciudad de Plasencia.
Desayuno incomparable, para recordar el sabor de la leche frita durante mucho tiempo.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

The property is a fantastic building full of history and character and the modernisation has still kept it charm and is done in a very tasteful way. The location was also very beautiful.

We had a mini bar in the room but would have like facilities to make a hot drink everything else was perfect

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar incomparable, es un monumento excepcional. El servicio a la altura. Muy bien.

Cons:

Hecho de menos un desayuno continental. El bufet es excesivo para los que desayunamos poco y muy caro. Desayunamos en un bar cercano.

Historic and beautiful place to stay. I loved every minute of it! Can't wait to return.
Pros:

The charming atmosphere of a stunning ancient building beautifully converted for guests. This must be the jewel in the crown of Paradors. Excellent staff from helpful check in desk to the bar which catered for our need of supper despite the restaurant being full for Spanish mother's day! The olives were the best I have ever tasted, huge succulent and intriguingly seeped in a subtle flavour of local paprika. Wow. The room was spacious and a very comfortable mattress and a quiet good nights sleep. I will certainly be back for more ...
