Fabulous location and historic building
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this Parador; it is the most fantastic historic castle, beautifully renovated. The staff were excellent. There are no evening meals available but there are many very good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Historic Parador in a perfect location.
Pros:

Wonderful historic building in a perfect location. Large comfortable, well-equipped room with a great view. Relaxed atmosphere. Very good café / bar.

Cons:

Building works, with concrete / stone drilling and banging most of the 2 days we were there, until 1900hr one evening.
Bedroom heating constantly malfuntioning - and this was February.
Reception forgot to book the taxi we had asked them for the evening before departure.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

Kind and courteous staff. They answered all my questions and concerns. They also brought my luggage up and down the stairs, which my knees weren’t able to do myself.
