Het avond eten met zicht op de Teide, de vulkaan zien verdwijnen in de donker was prachtig.

Cons:

De gewenste slaapkamer met zicht op de Teide was pech, maar zicht op zwembad, kleine venster

De locatie is superb, maar voor zoveel geld mag je meer verwachten

De locatie is fantastisch!

Cons:

We hadden slechts een klein 2-persoonsbed, terwijl we dachten een kamer met 2x een groot 1p bed geboekt te hebben. Bij de receptie werd gezegd dat we dat aan hadden moeten geven maar bij boeking hadden we geen keuze. In de kamer was het ook ontzettend warm, de regeling van de temperatuur was stuk. Het personeel in het restaurant deed bij het diner ontzettend druk waardoor je het gevoel had dat je heel snel weer weg moest. Dat het brandalarm smorgens vroeg af ging, kan niemand iets aan doen, maar het personeel bij de receptie communiceerde niet duidelijk of het vals alarm was.

Pros:

Situated in centre of Teide National Park this is the perfect location for hiking, we did trails straight from hotel (Mt Guajara & Roques de Garcia) and it was perfect to not worry about driving / parking. Beautiful alpine / chateau vibe hotel, great customer service and the pool view was just incredible! We enjoyed lunch on the outside terrace.

Cons:

Dinner although tasty, was not the best in terms of atmosphere / service - but good for convenience

Two wonderful days
Pros:

Location of course is unsurpassable. Breakfast excellent, evening meal likewise- slight preference for the meat over the fish courses. Helped with our luggage despite (I guess) staff shortages
Reserved time to be in the Roques area for sunset.

Cons:

The service at the bar was rather slow.

Zijn geld niet waard.

De wind kwam door de ramen, slecht geïsoleerd.
Een blijvende tocht de ganse nacht.
Het avond eten was het slechtste dat ik in jaren heb gegeten en het ontbijt was eigenlijk al niet veel beter. Zeer triestig.
