Tornerei sicuramente, ma vorrei qualcosa di più aggiornato!
Pros:

Posizione top! Anche il cibo e la pulizia!
Ottima la possibilità della piscina e sauna.

Cons:

Camere un po' retrò (ci sta), l'unico problema il materasso che era antiquato (non perché fosse duro, era da ammodernare anche quello).
Dispiace che la piscina e la sauna chiudessero alle 19 (meglio alle 20 semmai..).

Estancia en lugar único.
Pros:

Quedarse en este Parador es algo único porque te permite disfrutar del Parque Nacional del Teide cuando no hay ningún visitante. Es un Parador algo caro pero se entiende por su localización y la calidad de las instalaciones. Nos gustó todo: la habitación con vistas al Teide, muy cómoda, la piscina climatizada también con vistas al Teide, la calidad de las comidas que hicimos (cena y desayuno). El personal amable.

Cons:

Por comentar algo, decir que a la llegada y en un lugar lleno de visitantes no quedaba muy claro cómo entrar en el parking para los huéspedes del hotel, debería haber un cartel más claro indicándolo (el botón para llamar a la recepción estaba casi escondido). En general, durante el día la zona alrededor del Parador está abarrotada de turistas por ser el punto más visitado junto con la entrada del funicular.

Highly recommended, location awesome, and friendly staff with great food.
Pros:

Amazing location, we’re glad we went for the superior room as it gave an incredible view of the mountain. Food was great, really friendly and helpful staff, car park was very handy as it gets busy on the road. The pool with the view of to e mountain was a particular highlight. Good cold shower for after the sauna too! Star gazing was incredible too. Would love to come back.

Cons:

Room was slightly dated, but in the grand scheme wasn’t really a problem!

Awesome location...
Pros:

I had an excellent stay here. The views are amazing, the place is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, and everything worked perfectly. I can only recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only downside is the price — it’s quite high. But apart from that, everything was great.

Beautiful place to stay I'd love to come back with better weather.
Pros:

The reception staff are very lovely and speak good English. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable with lovely bed and sheets. It is spacious and everything worked well.
Wonderful views all round and close to some of the most amazing scenery I've ever seen.

There is a gym and an indoor pool, which is useful and dedicated parking for guests. However it is useful to speak Spanish in the restaurant. We were there when there were many road closures due to a tropical storm and all the hiking trails, attractions etc were closed and this may have affected staff levels in some areas. In the restaurant they serve filtered as well as bottled water -it's cheaper as well as less wasteful! The food was excellent quality. Despite the weather issues they still provided excellent service.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant wasn't great, (though not awful and the staff are nice people!) and there was nowhere to make your own tea at breakfast. There also wasn't anywhere I found to fill up reusable water bottles which would be good. The gym could be better and have a little more free weights equipment.
