Mountain lodge at 2,152 m in the heart of Teide National Park, with views of the volcano peak. Has a lounge with fireplace, a heated indoor pool and a gym. It generates its own electricity and sources its water from the mountain.

Pros:

The location is as good as it gets. Lots of trails nearby, beautiful views. The staff were helpful and we had no problems with any requests. Late check out at noon was also very welcome since our plane was in the evening.

Cons:

The hotel is from a different time. The room felt claustrophobic because of a tiny window. I also don't think its very good value although prices do vary from week to week. We paid around €250 per night and honestly that's way too much for what the hotel offered.

Die Lage war toll

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, bis 2.30 Uhr haben Zimmernachbarn Krach gemacht. Waren von Beschwerden unbeeindruckt.
Hat den Aufenthalt geschmälert. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Incredible location. Great walks, superb views. Fantastic for astrophotography too.
The two main women at the reception were great : helpful , friendly and professional. Lots of great advice and assistance. Cristina in the restaurant made each evening a pleasure for both my partner and me. The rest of the staff were good, but those three were a real credit to the hotel and lifted our break above what we expect

La gentilezza dello staff. il ristorante che ho potuto provare per una colazione e due cene è stato eccezionale sia per l'offerta che per la cortesia dello staff. la possibilità di andare in piscina. La vicinanza ad innumerevoli sentieri del parco nazionale del Teide che ho potuto visitare per tre giorni.

Tornerei volentieri.
Pros:

Posizione ideale per passeggiate e vista del vulcano Teide. Struttura carina e riscaldata, parti in legno e camini grandi che richiamano locali aristocratici.

Cons:

Una scala che porta a primo piano fatta il legno e scricchiola parecchi ma nulla di grave, ricorda le vecchie casa il legno.

Excellent sejour
Pros:

L'emplacement est ideal pour visiter les environs du teide (funiculaire, randonnées,...)
Le petit dejeuner avec la vue sur le teide était exceptionnel de par la vue mais surtout de par la qualité de la nourriture
La piscine après une randonnée est plus qu'appreciable

Cons:

Pour chipoter, la temperature de la piscine était plutôt fraiche

Amazing location, but disappointing service - unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it
Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing. The views are beautiful, and staying right inside Teide National Park is a really special experience. We loved the surroundings and the feeling of being right in the middle of this incredible landscape.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Nobody told us that we had to get pool towels from reception, or that we needed to let them know 30 minutes in advance if we wanted to use the sauna. We only found out when we got to the pool and realised the sauna was cold.

The tea, coffee and sugar in the room were not replenished either. When we asked for more coffee, they suggested we have one at the bar instead. We did, and ended up paying around €7 for two coffees that were actually cold.

It was also quite noisy in the morning. Staff were setting up tables right outside our windows, talking loudly and moving tables, chairs and dishes around. You come to a place like this for the peace and quiet, so that was disappointing.

Schludny hotel w samym sercu parku narodowego. Wygodne łóżka, dobre śniadanie i niesamowite widoki zarówno rano, jak i wieczorem.

Cons:

W restauracji nie informują o tym, że starter w postaci pieczywa z oliwą jest dodatkowo płatny. Sama opłata nie byłaby problemem, gdyby wcześniej o tym mówili. Z plusów - bez problemu usunęli tą pozycję z naszego rachunku, ale dla osób nieznających tych „praktyk” może to być uciążliwe.

Can't beat the location and views!
Pros:

Excellent location and view from the room. I came for astrophotography and as did not have personal transport, this was the ideal location for walking to the spots I wanted to photograph in the night.

Cons:

Limited veg options for food.

Superbe emplacement au pied du Teide. Une magnifique expérience.
Pros:

Établissement idéalement placé au pied du Teide.
La chambre était propre et confortable.
Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient top.
Et l’accueil adorable de la réceptionniste Laure Gil (?)

Cons:

Les remontées nauséabondes des toilettes le 1er matin.
La piscine était fermée pour entretien sur les heures d’ouvertures. Dommage.

La localisation est incroyable, ainsi que la vue.

Cons:

La décoration et la literie sont à renouveler.
Les chambres dites « supérieur » sont une arnaque : on a payé 100€ de plus pour une chambre avec balcon. Lorsqu’on est arrivés, on nous a finalement indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de balcons disponibles mais que la chambre était quand même supérieur. Ah bon ? Elles ressemblaient étrangement aux chambres simples…
