Wir hatten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub im Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur wenige Meter entfernt konnten wir nachts einen beeindruckenden Sternenhimmel bewundern. Am frühen Morgen bot sich uns ein ebenso unvergesslicher Anblick, wenn der Teide in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages leuchtete.

It was ok but not what we expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Room was a bit tired with 2 sockets not working. There were at least 2 cockroaches in our room (103) that lived in a gap between the skirting and floor.

Evening meal was not great, both mains needed to be sent back as cold and unfortunately the Tenderloin Stake was pretty tough.

La tranquilidad que hay

Cons:

Que no sean capaces de reconocer errores y mucho menos que no tengan algo de consideración con las personas que somos de Tenerife y que prácticamente todo le cueste lo mismo como a una persona de fuera y no lo quiero regalado pero si tener consideración con los precios

Superbe halte au pied du Teide
Pros:

L’emplacement génial dans le parc , la vue incroyable sur le Teide depuis la salle du restaurant , un beau bâtiment d’époque , le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et de qualité

Cons:

le vent rentrait dans la chambre par le balcon malgré la porte fermée , insonorisation pas terrible , restaurant un peu décevant vu le prix : on a eu des belles assiettes mais des plats pas toujours chauds , du poisson pas cuit , des desserts aléatoires

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff and delicious food
Pros:

Wonderful location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was exquisite and it felt like a very special stay

Pros:

We were impressed that this nice of a hotel is located in the middle of a remote national park. The room was very comfortable and is well furnished. The hotel restaurant is also yummy. You can do stargazing just in the hotel backyard because they turn off the hotel lights, which is nice because you don't have to drive down the mountain in the dark. Would highly recommend buying a large container of water because reception didn't recommend us drink the tap water there and it gets super dry in the park

La ubicación es espectacular. La piscina y, en general, las zonas comunes son una preciosidad. El personal, amabilísimo, nos trataron de lujo.

Las habitaciones podrían renovarse un poco. Baño y decoración algo antiguos. Sin embargo, son amplias, cómodas y si tienes habitación con vistas, es un auténtico espectáculo
