Pros:

The location is wonderful, in the middle of the national park, close to several hiking trails as well as the bus stop if you're using public transportation. Rooms are comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view and excellent wifi. I enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

I feel like the 2 rooms facing the dumpster should ne slightly less expensive than the others "standard rooms" with better views. Breakfast is outrageously expensive (especially for Spain).

Lage wow, Hotel mit mehr Potential
Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Die Ausblicke einfach nur wow. Einzelne Angestellte sind sehr bemüht und super freundlich (z.B. die nette Bedienung beim Abendessen und der Kellner beim Frühstück). Qualität des Essens war gut.
Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch und inklusive.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzelne Angestellte sind nicht sehr freundlich und benehmen sich eher wie Beamte. Beispiel: die rüde und genervte Absage, eine Tür vom Poolraum auf die Sonnenterrasse zu öffnen.
Es könnten kleine Verbesserungen schon viel bewirken: Sonnenschirme oder Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse beim Poolhaus!
Umgestaltung des Mini-Fitnessraums (Laufband zeigt gegen die Wand statt auf die tolle Landschaft!). Flexibler Turm statt sperrige Beinmaschine..
Neue Doppelbetten, statt alte instabile Einzel- Holzbetten.
Die Portionen beim Abenessen waren für den Preis zu klein. Mein Freund ist nicht satt geworden.
Typische canarische Nachspeisen fehlen auf der Karte.
Frühstück für 22 Eur p.P. zu teuer!

Chambre à rafraîchir ( salle de bains notamment, plus vraiment au goût du jour ) , chambre spacieuse
Bureau accueil triste , enregistrement long
Personnel pas très accueillant en salle
C'est très cher notamment le petit déjeuner même s'il est très bien
Aucune vue de la chambre si ce n'est sur les climatiseurs

J’ai eu un problème de famille et je voulais réduire mon séjour et cela m’a été refusé. De ce fait je suis venue à la cafétéria. C’est digne de la cafétéria d’un camping. Un personne qui ne parle pas anglais. Une vitrine où choisir de quoi manger comme dans un self !!!

Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Uns wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt dass wir in der Bar günstiger Abendessen können und so wurde uns ein Tisch im sehr teuren Restaurant reserviert, dass den Preis nicht wert ist

Sehr schönes Hotel aber leider nicht gut gemanaged.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum und auch das Gesamtambiente ist gut.
Die Qualität des Abendessen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

In der Sauna und im Schwimmbad keinerlei Getränke und auch kein Service. In der Preisklasse darf es nicht fehlen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr „Plastiklastig“, Nachhaltigkeit = Fehlanzeige. Passt nicht zu der Preiskategorie und schon gar nicht ins Naturschutzgebiet.😢😢😢
Der Eincheck-Prozess ist etwas langwierig. Das darf heute schneller sein wenn schon online gebucht wird.

Perfect, if expensive, location
Pros:

Location was perfect for our astro photography
We had an inner room with no view, but it was large and bathroom was good and we were only there one night.
Dinner was surprisingly better than expected, if expensive, as we had been before and it was dour.
Didn't bother with breakfast as had coffee in the room.

Cons:

Price. But there's no alternative in the National Park.
Couldn't get English TV, but it didn't matter in the end.
