El hotel es céntrico y una muy buena opción para visitar Zamora. La habitación correcta, pero daba a un patio interior. Las dos chicas de recepción no son para nada simpáticas, no así el camarero del desayuno, que fue muy agradable.

Todo Genial. No es el hotel más moderno de Zamora pero si el más centrico y accesible. Con muchas plazas de Parking y ¡un desayuno estupendo!
Como sus llaves no son magnéticas, en el apagón de Abril funcionaron perfectamente.
El personal es muy amable y servicial. Está muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. El buffet sencillo pero suficiente, con zumo natural que es un plus. La ubicación es muy buena para hacer turismo.

El desayuno rico, amables, sonrientes … cerca a pie o auto de los lugares históricos ,regresaria
Situado en el centro en zona comercial a un paso del casco histórico. Muy justo para ser un cuatro estrellas. Personal amable. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda y tranquilidad (daba a un patio), limpieza bien. Se nota el paso del tiempo y ofrece un aspecto desgastado en las instalaciones y sus elementos.
