Die letzten Kilometer der Anfahrt sind sehr herausfordernd, schmale Straße mit Spitzkehren. Ist mein Begleiter mit Motorrad dran gescheitert, so das wir leider nicht übernachten konnten

The location was wonderful and different from anything we have stayed in during our 2 months so far in Europe. At a village from the 1700’s high in the mountains. The dinner was a fine dining experience and was delicious and the service attentive. The staff were wonderful also. If you are looking for an unusual and peaceful spot without all the noisy pushing crowds, then a night here is for you. It is quiet and was a wonderful break for us from the crowds.
After the fine dining experience in the evening it would have been nice to have a breakfast of equal measure. I was surprised to pay more for eggs in the morning. After having stayed in 17 hotels so far on this trip, when you order breakfast included and it is added, you don’t expect to pay more for eggs. I think that this place would do well to serve a nice quiche in the morning or some scrambled eggs with truffle. Other items were wonderful, the fresh orange juice, but why not make it a complete dining experience. While guest will endure no air conditioning, we don’t like unexpected expenses to get a well rounded breakfast.

le fait que la localisation de l'hôtel qui est très en hauteur ne soit pas décrite. Quand on veut un hôtel d'étape, ce n'est pas du tout ce genre que l'on veut dans un endroit très reculé et accessible par des lacets à n'en plus finir. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais de booking.

Excellent location in a beautiful historic village, with a lovely terrace and a good gastro restaurant. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming (outstanding waiter).
This is officially a 3-star hotel, but it feels more like a 1-star property due to the urgent need for renovation. The bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained — even the bathtub wheels were broken. In addition, the room floor had not been properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the €140 per night charged; a fair price would be closer to €80.

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was beautiful in a vintage way! The room was cozy and the balcony had a great view of the valley below. The small town itself is twisty to drive up to and the streets are narrow, but is beautiful and historic.
