Adoramos o hotel, a localização, a cama, a noite de sono, o café da manhã !
The staff were terrific, the location convenient. Only thing missing was a bath tub!
Très bel hôtel familial avec beaucoup de cachet. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel fort sympathique.
Rien !
Very friendly staff. Charming property.
Laurence, her son William & DIL
made us feel so welcome! They suggested restaurants they knew were open on a Sunday & Monday when many were closed.
Their self serve breakfast was delicious with excellent French style scrambled eggs, bacon, homemade breads, croissants, pain de chocolate, other pastries, coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit salad & you could make your own toast or soft or hard boiled eggs to your preference. It was raining so we ate in the nice inside breakfast room, but the little outdoor courtyard patio is beautiful for breakfast too.
The hotel is old but beautifully kept up. Our tiled bathroom was beautiful with a step in shower, a great drawer for our toiletries & a very nice towel warmer. High ceilinged spacious room, comfortable beds( we had a triple- 1 double & 1 twin) with a kettle for tea or coffee. Plugs with bedside tables for our phones & a desk with more plugs. When it was raining, we hung out reading in the front room with comfy chairs & a couch & had great travel conversation with another family on their way to Paris. When the rain let up we headed out.
Not handicapped accessible. There are some stairs. A very few in the lobby & again in the breakfast room. If you can’t do any stairs, this isn’t for you. It was fine for us. I had requested ground floor as my sister didn’t want stairs. I don’t think they have any ground floor rooms. We ended up with first floor which is 1 flight up in Europe. But she did fine with the 1 flight & William carried our suitcases up & down for arrival & departure.
Very friendly people in the hotel. Our room was spacy, with a good bathroom. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The hotel is close to the nearby Arena.
Dommage !!
Central location, fabulous staff, home made flan for breakfast, great court yard dinning. Family owned very engaging.
The courtyards are beautiful with flowers and floral scents
When it rained the steps are slippery
Beautiful plantings and nice colorful rooms.
Many stairs to navigate without railings.
Centralt i Arles
It was just whst we hoped for in an old heritage property. Gracious hosts, good location, a delicious breakfast, modern bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. We couldn't have asked for more.
Our only complaint was that the hot breakfast items ran out too soon and weren't replenished. There was still lots of choice, but the early risers got the bacon.
It was a very pretty period building and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great too. The staff was friendly.
It was on a nice little cobblestone street. We had a car, but the parking spots at the end of the road were always full. We ended up parking about a 12 minute walk away, but it was a pretty walk. Charming location if you don’t have a car.
Excellente literie, propreté, calme et personnel efficace
Chambre trés petite, pas la place pour poser un tapis de yoga
Gobelet en carton pour le café et une seule dosette de Nescafé... un peu cheap pour un 3***
