This was truly a wonderful find ! We had a lovely room looking over the courtyard and the rooftops of Arles . The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom . The courtyards where we had breakfast each day and sat in the evenings over a drink are peaceful and beautiful . hotel is run by a family who went out of their way to help - our room was up on the top floor and there’s no lift but one of the young men carried my luggage up on arrival . When my husband’s arrival was delayed due to transport problems they kept the front door open until he arrived . The location is excellent too - within easy walking distance of all the main sights and the lovely little streets full of tempting shops !
We loved this place and will definitely stay here again if we return to Arles .
It would have been nice to have real glasses in the room rather than paper cups but this wasn’t a big deal !

Nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. La proximité avec les lieux culturels nous permettait de faire un repos dans l'après-midi.
L'hôtel a plein de charme et nous avons apprécié la salle de douche très moderne et confortable.
L'accueil est sympathique.
Si nous devions nous rendre à nouveau à Arles, c'est cet hôtel que nous choisirions.

Excellent breakfast and courtyard
Lights up the stairs
They took our bags up two flights of stairs.
The breakfast was great.
We were given a room that was supposed to look onto a courtyard. It was at the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor (no lift) and looked at the wall and roof opposite.
When I complained, the owner told me if I didn’t like it, I could leave. It was a long weekend so there was no way we could find another room.
The room was small and the WIFI was terrible.
Actually my second visit here. Great location. All of the sights in the city were just steps away. The accommodations are comfortable and quiet. I can’t say more about the nice people who own and run the property.

What a beautiful hotel! It exceeded our expectations. The whole hotel was clean, well organized, our room was super clean. The breakfast was amazing, every morning. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of town, the AC in the room was efficient and ultra quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm but not too firm. Just perfect. I had wonderful sleeps here. The hotel used to be a home for a wealthy family, it has been tactfully remodelled with high end products, faucets, showers, floors, and bathroom tiles. The courtyard is gorgeous, with a massive rose bush, honeysuckles climbing up the walls and other beautiful plants. I can't really rave enough about this place, so lovely. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Our french is not great, but everyone there was either very patient in explaining things to us or spoke English with us graciously. Arles in general is a beautiful town, with so much to see. The hotel was in walking distance to museums, Roman ruins of all sorts, restaurants, bars and shopping. Excellent hotel and I'm already recommending it to all my friends and family!
