Cons:

The property needs badly maintenance. Refurbished, the restaurant is nice the diner came out of the fridge, the meat in the main course was warm , bad performance of a good restaurant

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig gelegen und gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Alles zusammen ist das Hotel ok, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sehr sauber, aber mit Teppichboden, altem Sessel und wackeligen Lampen nicht mehr so schön und nicht 175 EUR pro Nacht wert. Die Klimaanlage (als Heizungsersatz) war leider sehr laut in der Nacht. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour la chambre trèsspacieuse et une très confortable terrasse

La situation géographique très calme et dans un très beau cadre
Le repas était délicieux et un très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Je n’ai pas grand-chose de négatif peut être la salle de bain qui a fait son temps

A lovely location, clean, great breakfast but perhaps rooms dark and dated. They need to improve dinner for several reas
Pros:

The gardens, the valley it’s set in, the sound of water in stream. The roof tiles are beautiful. Beds comfy, it’s clean and the Breakfast was great. Dinner has a few successful dishes but mostly disappointing. Pre dinner drinks by the fire were lovely, as were the selection of Mini starter nibbles and then the mini desserts selection at the end.

Cons:

The evening meal on the whole was very disappointing. The mushroom starter was bland and not a single one of use liked it. 4 of us had the pork main course on the €47 set menu, it was a lovely dish, but one of the 4 of us, was served a tiny fatty pork slice, while the others 3 had large loins of pork which were delicious and tender. The Main should have been larger, some potatoe Dauphinoise would have worked well with the dish, the men left hungry. We should have complained about the odd pork serving. Two of us had the fixed menu ginger dessert and it really was unpleasant (cold sponge cake weird), the profiteroles on the spring fixed menu were sensational. The layered puff pasty cake also spring fixed menu tasted burnt.

Service was good but slow. They forgot the wine pairing for one guest.

Lovely room- great staff and good food
Pros:

Lovely room, spacious with good view, meal was very nice and breakfast good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Very Minor issues - cleaning products on adjacent table at breakfast and also jacuzzi lovely but left bath unclean. Perhaps a bit more coffee in room
