Simply....wonderful!
Pros:

This was the next to last stop on a 2 week road trip to northern France.....Loire Valley, land of castles and chateaux. After much research, my husband found this gem next to the river. We stayed in one of the original buildings that had been modernized, but still had charm and character of the past with exposed, rustic beams and plaster work.
The restaurant/bistro was modern with indoor/outdoor dining, a diverse French menu and excellent wine list. The staff was well versed, efficient and very friendly.

On a un peu galéré à trouver l hôtel car l'adresse donnée par le site de réservation n'était pas la bonne.
A part cela, personnel aux petits soins très accueillant et agréable. Dîner pris sur place sans problème. Expérience enrichissante. Je garde cette référence pour mes prochains séjours dans la région.
Manque juste un petite piscine ou un coin spa pour être encore plus dans un cocon.

Zimmer sehr schön. Restaurant Gourmant wie auch Bistro hervorragend! Wurde selten in meienem Öeben positiv überrascht. Der Küchenchef weiss, was er tut. Sehr viel Liebe, Passion. Service sehr zuvorkommemd, flexibel für Kundenwünsche und professionel.

Séjour 4 étoiles, chambre très confortable, calme, personnel complètement à l'écoute. Une restauration de qualité; une belle expérience à renouveler. A 6 km du domaine de Chaumont, notre séjour restera une très agréable découverte.
