La position géographique de l'hôtel.
Le calme.
La sympathie du personnel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner :
- Jamais de réassort même en venant tôt le matin (alors qu'il y avait des cars de touristes).
- Le fait qu'il y ait un croissant et un morceau de pain dans les assiettes.
- La machine à café (lait beaucoup trop sucré car lait en poudre ?)

Wonderful staff, terrible beds
Pros:

Fantastic staff, warm and friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms. Croissants at breakfast were fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The beds were TOO firm! I barely slept at all. Also only two small pillows provided, with two more small ones in the closet. The air conditioning worked well, but also seemed to stop and start all night so that I would be too cold, and then too hot, almost constantly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The shower stall is tiny, though typical European.

Super locatie vriendelijk personeel aan receptie

De locatie was super!

Cons:

De bar we wilde ‘s avonds nog iets drinken voor we gingen slapen. De barman zag ons en ging achter de bar vandaan, niet meer terug gezien. Ach ja drinken vinden we altijd……

Pros:

Atención de el equipo tanto de recepción cómo del restaurante.

Cons:

Tres horas perdidas por cortes de trafico que hacían imposible casi llegar, tras varias llamadas por fin logramos llegar.No es culpa del hotel, sino de la cercanía del santuario y son cierres por procesiones, pero además varias calles cortadas,una locura.

L’ascenseur extérieur qui permet de relier directement l’hôtel avec la rue accédant au sanctuaire.

Hôtel simple, moderne, propre, neuf et bien placé
Très bon accueil par les dames à la réception.
Petit déjeuner et repas du soir simple et bon....
Un petit clin d'œil à Élisa (dame de salle) pour son accueil chaleureux, elle est à l'écoute des clients et effectue son travail avec sérieux.....
