Un moment agréable près du sanctuaire.
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé : en hauteur et donc avec une belle vue sur la ville et proche du sanctuaire grâce à un ascenseur de la ville juste devant l'hôtel.
Parking privé un peu éloigné et encore plus haut.
Chambre un peu petite.
Petit dejeuner simple mais correct.
Aucun autre repas pris à l'hôtel : les menus annoncés étaient proches de la cantine scolaire.
Personnel excessivement gentil.

Cons:

La qualité des repas.

Pros:

La situación y una empleada que hablaba español. Muy amable. La única, Florencia.

Cons:

El señor de la tarde, noche en recepción, negro cuando llegamos, le preguntamos la hora de salida por la mañana y nos dijo primero a las 11h. Y luego a las 10h. Muy antipático.
No me parece un horario lógico, para dejar la habitación.

Agréable mais je n'y retournerai pas.
Pros:

La position géographique de l'hôtel.
Le calme.
La sympathie du personnel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner :
- Jamais de réassort même en venant tôt le matin (alors qu'il y avait des cars de touristes).
- Le fait qu'il y ait un croissant et un morceau de pain dans les assiettes.
- La machine à café (lait beaucoup trop sucré car lait en poudre ?)

Wonderful staff, terrible beds
Pros:

Fantastic staff, warm and friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms. Croissants at breakfast were fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The beds were TOO firm! I barely slept at all. Also only two small pillows provided, with two more small ones in the closet. The air conditioning worked well, but also seemed to stop and start all night so that I would be too cold, and then too hot, almost constantly. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The shower stall is tiny, though typical European.

De locatie was super!

Cons:

De bar we wilde ‘s avonds nog iets drinken voor we gingen slapen. De barman zag ons en ging achter de bar vandaan, niet meer terug gezien. Ach ja drinken vinden we altijd……

Pros:

Atención de el equipo tanto de recepción cómo del restaurante.

Cons:

Tres horas perdidas por cortes de trafico que hacían imposible casi llegar, tras varias llamadas por fin logramos llegar.No es culpa del hotel, sino de la cercanía del santuario y son cierres por procesiones, pero además varias calles cortadas,una locura.
