Location was good - The city could do with a bridge from the other side (Hotel Paradis) so you don't need to walk round
le lieux est bien situé, l'appartement était propre et salle de bain aussi , l'accueil était parfait et conviviale

El aire acondicionado no andaba. Mucho calor ni una pequeña heladera para guardar algo fresco. Tuve que cargar el celular en el baño.

Everything was perfect — clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Vengo a Lourdes da diversi anni e l'hotel Beau Site è tra i migliori in cui ho soggiornato. Il Direttore e l'intero Staff molto gentili e disponibili, persone squisite. Ottima la colazione. Ci torneremo di sicuro.
Ci siamo trovati bene, staff accogliente/ disponibile/ anche i camerieri/ colazione non abbondantissima ma c'era tutto per fare una buona colazione abbondante/ la nostra camera tripla 902 con aria condizionata tutto ok/ con due Lift/anche la posizione di fronte al fiume e 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus X andare all' aereoporto/ e 7 minuti a piedi dal Santuario, cmq è tutto bene servito
We loved the picturesque view from our room and the quiet location. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean and comfortable. Above all we greatly appreciated the genuine hospitality and help we received from the staff. Beau Site hugely contributed to our beautiful experience in Lourdes. We hope to visit and stay there again!
