Cons:

No té aire acondicionat a les habitacions i ens ha agafat la onada de calor.
Sí que hi havia un ventilador de torre però feia poca cosa. Recomano que climatitzin o sinó comprar ventiladors de sostre o sinó almenys de peu amb aspes que van bastant més bé que les torres.

If we go again, we’ll consider stay in the hotel again.

El trato del personal. Amabilidad y empatía.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, plato de ducha diminuto apenas podías girarte.
La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, solo cambiaron toallas y vaciada papelera , el suelo del baño sin escobar ni fregar.

Un concierge è stato fortemente maleducato, inopportuno e sgradevole. Il suo nome è David. Nella hall è installato il climatizzatore, negli altri ambienti si muore dal caldo. Alla richiesta della restituzione di una piastra dal congelatore per tenere fresca una bottiglia d'acqua, non avendola trovata perché sistemata da un altro collega, questo Sig. David risponde che serve aspettare il cambio della guardia alle ore 21 ( erano le 18.00 e in camera c'erano 33°C) e che non erano tenuti a dare questo tipo di servizio, aggiungendo che se volevamo servizi aggiuntivi dovevamo pagare. Il concierge David era sul posto di lavoro al fresco, i clienti, che contribuiscono al suo stipendio, al caldo afoso di questo fine giugno 2026.
La piastra è stata trovata dal collega delle 21, in un congelatore, l'ha trovata anche se non l'aveva messa lui, bastava cercare in un secondo freezer. Troppa fatica per il Sig. David, troppo caldo al primo piano senza climatizzatore. Speriamo di non incontrarlo mai più. Dispiace che tanti persone educate siano in cerca di lavoro e personaggi così ne abbiano uno.
Nessun sistema di rinfrescamento in camera tranne un ventilatore a colonna scassato e rumorosissimo.
Gli altri al servizio accoglienza molto gentili e professionali. La Sig.ra responsabile molto cortese.
La brutta esperienza vissuta con il concierge David ci terrà lontani da questo Hotel e probabilmente da altri della stessa catena GREET, dato che in 5 giorni di permanenza non abbiamo ricevuto delle scuse.

Buena experiencia pero con cosas que mejorar
Pros:

Lo encontré limpio y buena ubicación, cerca de la gruta ,del centro en general bien ,personal amable y el desayuno correcto

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó es que no habia aire acondicionado en las habitaciones por lo que dificultaba el descanso por el calor que hacia y en el baño especificamente en la bañera hace falta una manilla para que una persona con movilidad reducida pueda ducharse con mayor seguridad y agarrarse.

Staff Rafael, went all his way to help us find a taxi. All staff very helpful. Location is near to grotto

There was no airconditioner in the room and there was a heatwave. We were not able to sleep even the windows are open.
