Pros:

Réceptionniste très gentil avec des conseils précieux pour se garer dans le coin. Vue spectaculaire depuis l'hôtel sans oublier le petit déjeuner. La relation qualité prix était imbattable. Lieu que je recommande sans réserve. Merci encore pour tout.

A alcatifa no chao nao estava muito limpa e a WC por uma noite ok mas precisa de ser rénovation.

Such a nice hotel we'll have to come back!
Pros:

First time we've stayed here. It must be Lourdes' best kept secret.
Clean and bright hotel with pleasant helpful staff.
Easy access to the shrine.
Room had it's own easy to use air con fan.

Cons:

There wasn't a kettle and tea making facilities in the room.

La amabilidad del personal, en especial,un chico argentino que fue muy amable con nosotros.

Cons:

La moqueta en las habitaciones me pareció que no era necesaria y más en los tiempos que corremos ,ya que es un nido de bacterias.

Unfortunately the window does not seal the noise from outside and no air con as it was a hot night so it diminished our sleep comfort.
