A hidden gem
Pros:

Relaxing and comfortable Stay.
-Friendly and accommodating staff especially Sabine the manager-V good Breakfast - very close to the sanctuary all in all a hidden gem and in my opinion one of the best hotel in Lourdes.

Bon séjour et très belle organisation et un personnel très attentionné.
Pros:

Seul le pb de stationnement reste un gros handicap et vient dégrader la prestation générale.tarifs de parking honteux!!
Bonne prestation hôtelière et excellent accueil !
Tous les emplacements parking devant l’hôtel sont restés libres pendant notre séjour à cause du prix et des paramètres trop loin.

Cons:

Offre un peu plus large pour le petit déjeuner,mais ça n’est pas mal quand même.
Notre porte coulissante qui était déboîtée donc dangereuse et que j’ai dû replacer dans les rails coulissant.chariots peut-être endommagés ?

A Warm Welcome and Thoughtful Stay Just Steps from the Sanctuary!
Pros:

I recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. I arrived late, past check-in time, and was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Alvarro, who was incredibly kind and attentive.

The kitchen and nearby restaurants were already closed, and my friend and I were very hungry-but he went out of his way to arrange snacks and water for us, which we really appreciated.

The room itself was comfortable, well-heated, and thoughtfully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps), as well as a kettle with coffee and tea.

The location was also perfect-just a few yards’ walk to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, which made our stay even more special.

A genuinely caring and welcoming experience-thank you, Alvarro!
