Best staff ever
Pros:

The staff was exceptional in every way. Any questions, requests, issues, they responded to immediately. Could not ask for a more attentive and customer service oriented team.
Access to Lourdes Sanctuary was a VERY easy walk.

Cons:

Room was small. Shower had very strong pressure, which caused hand held to become possessed 🤣

petit dejeuner qualité prix pour lourdes tres correct buffet a volonté ,acceuil super ,tres chaleureux ,chambre tres correct sentait tres bon et pas bruyant

Ottima sistemazione per la vostra visita a Lourdes
Pros:

Disponibili e gentili. Nell'hotel, il giorno del nostro arrivo, avevano dei problemi tecnici e ci hanno fatto alloggiare all'Acadia (di fianco) che è gestito da loro. Ci hanno accompagnato al parcheggio gratuito. Poi abbiamo fatto il ceck-in in maniera semplice e veloce. L'hotel è molto vicino al Santuario e c'è anche un ascensore per scendere nella strada principale. Tutto molto comodo!

Cons:

Forse il bar, l'ho visto sempre un po' deserto.
