Chambre salle des toiles d'araignée,sol a peu près nettoyer. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre au prix de la chambre on s'attend à un autre chose. Climatisation HS balcon pas propre. On peut même pas profiter du balcon il y a des piques anti pigeons partout. Le petit déjeuner industriel aucun produit régional. Hôtel vieux et mal entretenu. A fuire !!!!!!

Das Hotel bietet ruhige, großzügige Zimmer – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider gibt es einige Schwächen: Die Wassertemperatur im Bad lässt sich kaum regulieren – entweder sehr heiß oder sehr kalt. Für große Personen ist das Badezimmer ungeeignet, da eine Dachschräge die Badewanne einschränkt. Es gibt keine separate Dusche, und die Wanne ist rutschig – ich bin sogar ausgerutscht. WLAN funktioniert in den oberen Etagen nicht, trotz Zugangscode. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine Lösung vom Personal. Auch wurde mir bei der Buchung ein anderes Zimmer versprochen als das, das ich erhalten habe. Die Rezeption zeigte wenig Verständnis oder Hilfsbereitschaft. Positiv ist die ruhige Lage und die Größe der Zimmer, aber insgesamt sollte das Hotel in einigen Bereichen nachbessern.

Cozy and delicious in a wonderful setting
Pros:

Hotel Munsch was cozy, welcoming and comfortable with an incredible service staff. The dining room had amazing food and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would definitely stay here again. And the views of the Route du Vins were outstanding! Waking up to village church bella and fog were extra special.

Séjour entre amis en Alsace à l'hôtel Munsch à Saint Hyppolite, charmant village situé au pied du chateau du Haut Koenigsbourg.

Accueil agréable, amabilité du personnel, pchambre spacieuse et confortable, belle vue sur le village et le chateau, bon dîner servi dans le restaurant de l'hôtel bien chauffé à cette période hivernale, petit-déjeuner au buffet varié ( le seul hic : un kougeloff sans goût et mou), et une très belle piscine dans laquelle
nous nous sommes baignés avec plaisir dans une eau bien chaude; nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour.
