Traumhafter Skiausflug mit den Vorzügen von Cresta Palace. Gerne immer wieder.
Pros:

Rezeption und Service sehr freundlich, professionell und herzlich.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, große Auswahl insgesamt, viele verschiedene Brotsorten, frisches Obst, alles was man sich wünscht. Preiswerte Halbpension mit guter Auswahl.
Wellnessbereich sehr entspannt und nachdem Skifahren die absolute Ergänzung zum perfektem Tag.
Beeindruckend das Haus insgesamt, Parklätze am Haus, schöner Skikeller, und die Nähe zum Lift.

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Pros:

Отличное СПА для взрослых, хороший сервис, достойные завтраки, бесплатная парковка. Полностью соответствует уровню 5*

Cons:

Это не совсем Ski in/Ski out отель. До подъёмника надо пройтись метров 300-400 (в зависимости от того готовы идти по снегу или по асфальту).

На ужины рестораны надо бронировать за несколько дней.

Nice but not outstanding.
Pros:

Nice breakfast, clean room and beautiful surroundings. -Once you got the attention- staff very friendly.

Cons:

For that price the room was too basic and seamingly hasnt been renovated for decades, ceiling/walls very thin could hear neighbours, was waiting way too long at the reception for every inquiry including check-in.

Spa and Wellness afternoon at Vita Pura Spa
Pros:

We spent a wonderfully relaxing wellness afternoon at Vita Pura Spa at Cresta Palace Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed their pool, steam room, and sauna facilities before finishing with a facial massage — the perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking in the mountains.

The atmosphere is calm, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for true relaxation. A fantastic choice if you’re looking to reset both body and mind in a serene alpine atmosphere.

Pros:

Las instalaciones muy lindas.., modernas, cómodas y limpias. A pasos del centro de ski y para rentar el equipo. El bus a St moritz está justo enfrente y te deja en 5 minutos o menos. Todos estuvo esxcelente

Lovely Mountain hotel with ski in out at reasonable price
Pros:

Great old style Swiss Mountain hotel right at the bottom of the lift system. They also had a very nice SPA

Cons:

You couldn’t walk to the town of St. Moritz

Excellent service makes a great stay
Pros:

We stayed 24-28 January . 7 adults and a baby. We had lots of activities planned and I was frequently at the front desk needing taxis, booking restaurants and checking information. The staff there were great - patient , helpful , smiling . A big thank you to Paula who stepped in without hesitation to babysit when we were let down. Despite her reception shift finishing she stayed on and ensured the baby was well looked after and our big night out could go ahead. That’s really putting the customer first.
The food was excellent . Breakfasts fabulous. We also enjoyed the Turkish restaurant. Afternoon tea in the lounge was a lovely gathering point at the end of the day and we lingered to listen to the excellent pianist.
This hotel is well run - you know things will run smoothly when the general manager greets you on arrival.
Well done to the team at Cresta Palace!

Absolut toller Aufenthalt, top Hotel und zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Das Restaurant Ya Mama hat uns mit den Vorspeisen begeistert.

Cons:

Das Frühstückprozedere ist wie in der Selbstbedienung am Berg. Jeder sucht sich irgendwo eine Platz - da fehlt Personal.
