I would go back to Hotel Metropol every time. The staff truly made our stay memorable and so enjoyable! We had the wrong
Pros:

The location was amazing. Loved the pool,
hot tub & steam room. The breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

The ceiling over the tub in our bathroom on the top floor of the hotel was slanted making it a little difficult to shower for someone over 6’2” tall. I think it was the only room that was like that.

Que du bonheur!
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Chambre magnifique, balcon avec vue sur le Cervin. Emplacement au top, bien situé. Un accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, un joli spa avec ses baies vitrées et vue sur le Cervin. J'ai passé un agréable séjour et j'y reviendrai. Merci.

I loved it all. Gabriel and his team and hotel are simply wonderful

Cons:

Everything. The room, balcony, spa, view of materhorn, delicious wholesome breakfast & food, warmth, fluffy towels, comfy beds, kindness, smiles, ease, flow, joy, advent candles, proximity beside absolutely everything … village, ski shop, lifts, train station, ice rink and last but not nice the feeling that the place is completely blessed. All in all it’s simply a wonderful place to experience and be. Will be even more wonderful when we are there again.

Pros:

Staff at front desk and the dining room were incredibly pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was wonderful and the coffee the best!! Very convenient to transport and attractions. We had a room with a Matterhorn view and it was all worth it!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay!
