קיבלתי את מלוא התמורה .
המיקום מצוין, ארוחת בוקר טובה ניתן לקבל חביתה וכל בקשה אחרת שביקשתי, היות ויצא שיצאתי מוקדם מידי ולא אכלתי ארוחת בוקר הכינו לי לדרך ארוחה מלאה.
היה כיף אחרי יום טיול להתרווח בבריכה ובסאונה.

Pros:

マッターホルンを満喫しに行きました。
朝が早いので、朝食どうしたらいいか相談したら、こころよくサンドウィッチを作ってフルーツやナッツと共にお部屋まで届けてくれました。お部屋もマッターホルンが綺麗に見える清潔感のあるお部屋ですごく良かったです。スタッフさんも本当に優しい方で良かったです。良い旅の思い出になりました。またツェルマットに行く時はリピートしたいです。
本当にありがとうございました！！

Fijn hotel
Pros:

De vriendelijke ontvangst, ik kwam om 11 uur aan, wilde eigenlijk mijn tas droppen zodat ik later kon inchecken. Ik mocht gelijk inchecken de kamer was reeds klaar. Deze gastvrijheid verdiend een pluim. De kamer was netjes echter het bed was voor mijn smaak veel te hard. Ik heb het dekbed eroverheen gelegd zodat ik geen last van mijn schouder kreeg. Daar ik de 1-pers. Kamer had ligt deze in het zwembad/sauna gedeelte. Dit maakt dat het s avonds benauwd werd. Je kunt het raam openen maar deze ligt aan straatzijde pal aan de rivier die wild kolkte na een regenbui.sauna en zwemvad faciliteiten zijn heerlijk, maar (hier kan het hotel niet veel aan doen) er waren toch gasten die ondanks een duidelijk verbod in badkleding en zonder handdoek in de sauna gingen zitten. Het eten was redelijk maar ik heb betere spaghetti in Zermatt gehad en in minder sjieke restaurants. Het personeel was geweldig en de eugenaar loopt er op zijn oude dag (ik schat plus 70) nog zelf rond om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het is een prachtig, historisch familiehotel en ik zou hier zeker weer boeken maar geen kamer nemen op zwembad level tenzij ze er een airco hangen voor de zomermaanden.

De início o transfer do hotel na chegada do glacier express em Zermatt, sem ter sido solicitado. Deferência do hotel. Muito bem localizado a 10 minutos andando para rua central com lojas, restaurantes. As funcionárias do café da manhã, simpáticas portuguesas muito atenciosas. Concierge Stephany muito prestativa e atenciosa. Tudo muito bom. Voltaria com certeza.

Sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant

Cons:

Hatte ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht. Es wurde ein miserables drittes Bett in ein kleines Doppelzimmer gestellt. Aufgrund der Verhältnisse in den Bergen hatte ich die Bergtour anpassen müssen und das Zimmer einen Tag früher stornieren. Dass es dafür keine Erstattung gibt war klar. Allerdings sagte mir die Rezeption dreist, dass sie das frei gewordene Zimmer nochmals vergeben können und zweimal kassieren dürften. Das ist reine Profitgier und passt zur Abzockermentalität von Zermatt. Es gibt andere Hotels dort mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mehr Flexibilität in der Hochsaison.
