Empfehlenswertes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage, wir würden wahrscheinlich bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin (Stefanie). Super Lage, in 5 min zu Fuss im Zentrum und beim Bahnhof. Allgemein sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Frühstücks-Buffet war gut, aber etwas eintönig. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber es fehlt etwas „Charme“. Matratze ist gut, Kissen leider nicht.

Exceptional Hotel and Spa
Pros:

Good location, central and a short walk from the station. Beautiful views of the Matterhorn and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly snd helpful.Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great. Above all, the service was exceptional. The restaurant was also excellent. The prices in the restaurant are the same as in the area. The spa was also great.

Pros:

Séjour magnifique à Zermatt. Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hotel Metropol, situé dans le centre, proche de la gare et facile d'accès. très proche des restaurants et activités. Le personnel est très agréable et très gentil. Chambre avec vue sur le mont cervin avec petit balcon pour profiter du soleil et de la vue. Calme avec lits confortables. grande salle de bain. bon petit déjeuner. Piscine avec Sauna propre et agréable après une journée de randonnée.
