Super lokalizacja w centrum przyjemnego miasteczka Arco, hotel posiada parking kilka miejsc bezpłatnych ale my korzystaliśmy z wygodnego parkingu płatnego należącego do hotelu w cenie 5 E za dobę, super rozwiązanie. Podróżowaliśmy z psem nie bylo żadnego problemu, personel bardzo przyjazny, wygodne wchodzenie i wychodzenie z hotelu poza godzinami otwarcia. Śniadania wystarczające. jogurt, pyszne lokalne dżemy, orzechy itd. W sumie normalny standard. Ale polecam skorzystać z kolacji oferowanej przez hotel , w cenie 25 e od osoby dla gości hotelowych. Ponieważ, byliśmy poza sezonem w mieście byl problem z wieczornym wyjściem, skorzystaliśmy w sumie 2x z oferty hotelu - tak późno to odkryslimy .Posiłki niezwykle smaczne, w sumie jedne z lepszych jakie jedliśmy podczas tej podróży. Drinki, wino nieznacznie tańsze od tych oferowanych w mieście

Nahezu ein perfekter Ort zum verweilen und definitiv weitere Besuche wert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, fußläufig erreicht man von Supermarkt bis Sehenswürdigkeit alles gut. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr schnell und unauffällig, dabei sehr reinlich.
Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich, der pro 1,5h gebucht werden kann und pro Person 10€ kostet. Haben wir aufgrund des guten Wetters nicht ausprobiert. Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Durch die prominente Lage ist es unter Umständen recht laut, wenn man lüftet.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, not far from the bike / pedestrian path that goes to Lake Garda. Also a very close walk to the castle. Breakfasts were delicious and on our last day when we had to check out early they even packed us a breakfast to go! Everyone was really friendly and overall we had an amazing experience here.

Cons:

The only downside was our room had a skylight in it that shined directly on the bed, making it a little bright at night.

Le ragazze in reception molto gentili e disponibili nel dare le informazioni corrette.
Tutto lo staff molto gentile e disponibile verso il cliente.
Siamo stati per 2 weekend di fila per un torneo di nostro figlio e siamo stati veramente contenti in tutto.
Staff gentile e disponibile e la pulizia della camera è veramente ottima.
La posizione è ottima.
