Helpful friendly staff
I was fine with the hotel being outside of the city center but the basic furnishings while functional were minimal and not worth the price. This is also the case since there wasn’t even an option to use kitchen facilities as I was told it’s used for staff
Perfecto
Very kind staff, small but comfy and quiet single room.
The location is the only redeemable factor about this hotel. Although, I wouldn’t say it is the best location compared to how much you are paying or how close it is to the tourist attractions in Milan
Almost everything else. For starters the cleanliness level of the room was subpar at best. The bed sheets had stains (possibly blood) and just the overall hygiene of the place was not up to typical hotel standards of its category. The bed was so rust and old and creaked every time someone moved. Overall the furniture of the room was very old and not so sturdy. The bathroom was very compact and narrow at some point you can touch all four walls at once. Another issue is the whole charging system they had. We book a free cancellation reservation. However, the hotel had deducted the payment 2 weeks in advance without mention of this random policy. We would have cancelled and found another hotel but they already took all the money.
Yeri yaxşıydı çox yerə piyada getmək olurdu.
Təmizlik yaxşı deyildi. Qəribə qoxu gəlirdi.
The location is good and the building and hotel look great from the outside. The receptionists were also helpful and friendly.
The room smelled like when you have kept a room or clothes closed for a long time. It was also super small like those room for the service, but the worse thing was that there were too many mosquitos and insects. There was one of these things against mosquitos, what made me wonder when I arrived why they had it and if it was healthy to sleep next to it. The next morning I had a package of not sweet cookies on the desk and then I realized the desk was full of ants. It has never happened to me before and it didn't happen at any of the other hotels I stayed. I don't know whether it was the hotel and the old construction or the city, but after they cleaned the room I still saw some ants. The first night I saw some mosquitoes, but the second night was worse. I had couldn't sleep because of that and got all stung by them. I wouldn't recommend it.
