Andato tutto bene.
La zona, había gente y movimiento pero no excesivo, lleno de restaurantes con buenas opciones. Metro y tranvía prácticamente al lado. Muy recomendable

Bathroom had a horrible smell, smelt like sewage. The extractor fan constantly made a very loud sound whenever you had the light on. It was so annoying that I had to use the bathroom with the light off and used my phone torch instead. I went to the front desk to ask for some air freshener or to switch room but the person at the desk just kept saying "it's ok", I don't think he understood English. I tried to act out spraying air freshener but he still didn't understand. When the room was cold, I turned the radiator on but it didn't work so I had to sleep with 3 blankets. Shower head was below shoulder height for me and I'm 5"5 so the shower was bad for me but even worse for my 6"2 partner. I would not come back.

Cleanliness and odors: Following discussion with the receptionist, the room was given a basic clean however all hotel rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. It was not "thoroughly cleaned and sanitized". The odor remained until the time we checked out. It did not resolve the issue so I am doubtful that these "subsequent checks" occurred. Also, no air freshener was provided as requested to help ease the issue.
Ventilation: Regardless of whether the fan was an up-to-date model (which I find unlikely due to the dirt on it), it was still making a sound louder than would be expected from an extractor fan. Perhaps it needs checking for faults as it did not sound healthy.
Shower: The universal shower height is 80 inches (6'8" or 203 cm) from the finished floor. The shower in the room was much lower than this.
I initially rated this hotel as a 2 but as the management lied in their response to my review to cover their backs rather than addressing issues, I have reduced it.

Very Clean comfortable bed nice veiw to the outside street and close to the metro line 2 min walk from the hotel ready for our journey to Linate airport the following day which was just 5 stops took around max 15 mins and cost €4.40 for two people very easy follow the blue line well signed for Linate airpirt and just a 30min walk from the main train station
Hotel was also close to main attraction Cathedral / shopping / food eateries highly recommend
When we arrived we couldn’t quite see the entrance to the hotel but we soon realised it was behind a spectacular wooden door we saw the buzzer and buzzed and a smaller door opened for us . So if staying here jusr look out for the huge doors once google maps say you have arrived

Location is really good
A good location, helpful staff, good amenities in the room. For what we paid, I would say this is an ideal place to stay if you are on a budget.
