Great place in a great location and at an amazing price, but nothing is ever perfect.
Pros:

This place is in an amazing location. About a 10-minute walk to the Romolo metro station which can get you anywhere in Milan in minutes. It also is located in a lively neighborhood with shops, cafés, fast foods, and shops. The room is standard, don't expect anything fancy, but more than what I needed.

Cons:

With all the good having been stated, there are a couple of things that may dissuade others. Mainly, the internet here sucks and is nonexistent in the rooms. Only in the first floor (reception) you can get a signal, but once you go up the stairs, nothing. The wifi signal repeater was right next to my door and I reseted it a couple of times, but the "Signal" button stayed flashing red and there was no internet coverage at all.

The second thing is that some neighbors get noisy (talking on the phone or among themselves) late at night around 10 or 11pm. Luckily, they would shut up by 12am, but if you're an early sleeper who doesn't use headphones or earplugs to sleep, it could give you trouble.

Cerca del metro y de supermercados

Cons:

Muy poco cuidado. Esta limpio como tal pero tenia una gran mancha de moho en la pared enorme y olia a humedad la habitación. El agua que salia era literalmente blanca, supongo que por falta de limpieza de tuberias o por exceso de cal. Esta al lado del tren por lo que se escuchaba, pero no mucho.

Cons:

Paper thin walls, heard one neighbour shouting on the phone, and someone using a machine that sounded like washing machine spinning until 1am, only then I could fall asleep. In the morning I woke up from the train passing by. I didn't rest there at all.

Vicinanza al luogo dove dovevo andare, comodo da da raggiungere la metro

Cons:

La stanza era pulita, alcune cose lasciavano a desiderare, la presa vicino al letto era rotta, la porta della doccia non chiude bene e quindi ci si ritrova con un po di acqua fuori. Mancava un tappetino per doccia. Comunque se dovesse ricapitare l’occasione , ci ritornerò, per 1/2 notti come appoggio per dormire va bene
