- in der dünnen decke die wir bekamen zum schlafen waren ganz viele lange schwarze haare
- zimmer war dreckig und staubig
- überall im zimmer waren schwarze lange haare
- duschkopf war defekt

Una ubicación perfecta y un personal excepcional

La ubicación es inmejorable: a menos de tres minutos andando de la estación de tren de Monza, desde donde hay trenes directos a Milano Centrale en apenas 10 minutos, y a solo un minuto del centro histórico. Basta con cruzar la calle para encontrarse ya en el casco histórico.

El hotel es perfecto: cuidado, actualizado y muy limpio. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor es su personal. Es realmente excepcional: siempre te reciben con una sonrisa, te saludan, están pendientes de ti y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Es de esos hoteles en los que todavía encuentras una atención personal y profesional de las de antes. Incluso cuando iba a pedir la llave, ya sabían perfectamente cuál era mi habitación. Son pequeños detalles que hacen que te sientas realmente bien recibido y cuidado durante toda la estancia. El desayuno es maravilloso y no falta absolutamente de nada. Hay muchísimas opciones saladas y, para los amantes de lo dulce, es un auténtico sueño. Además, había tortitas recién hechas y unos yogures deliciosos. Sin duda, un hotel para repetir una y otra vez. Una estancia fantástica y un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und der tollen Lage, lediglich die Umgebung rund um den Bahnh

Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Zu Beginn hatten wir leider Pech mit der Duschbrause, da diese in alle Richtungen gesprüht hat. Nach einem kurzen Hinweis wurde sie vom Personal jedoch sofort und ohne Probleme ausgetauscht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Zentrum ist schnell in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Dadurch konnten wir unkompliziert und schnell mit dem Zug nach Mailand fahren.

Cons:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns leider nicht nur ein Vorteil. Rund um den Bahnhof hielten sich teilweise sehr viele dubiose Menschen auf, wodurch die Umgebung vor allem am Abend etwas unsicher wirkte. Auch der Eindruck einer sozialen Problemzone war leider nicht zu übersehen.
Das Frühstück können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da wir es aufgrund des Preises von 15 € pro Person nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Für uns persönlich war dieser Preis etwas zu hoch, insbesondere weil unsere beiden Kinder beispielsweise bereits mit einem Croissant satt sind. In der Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke konnten wir daher für einen deutlich geringeren Preis frühstücken.

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié que lorsqu’on oublie un pantalon un pull un polo on me dise quelques heures après que l’on a rien retrouvé . Ce nést pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles

Bell'albergo in ottima posizione con parking. Vicino al centro città e ai siti di interesse turistico mi. Prima colazione molto buona con prodotti di qualità. Staff molto gentile.
