Pros:

Not a great experience unfortunately

Cons:

Air con not working was messsged few days before, expected it to be fixed on arrival. Lift out of order , parking in garage unorganised, wrong bed configuration, gave us sheets had to seperate and re make our beds 😳

Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. It's a compact room but absolutely fine for what I needed.

Near to the city center and the train station. Easy to go to Milan.

Cons:

We booked a triple room with air-conditioning. A few days in advance we received an email telling us that the air-conditioning was not working. Upon arrival, we received a double and a single room with air-conditioning at the same price. But the flush of the toilet was not working in the single room. After being repaired, it was leaking. The rooms were outdated, rustic, and the showers very old and rotten. Far too expensive for what we got. Not worth the 4 stars of the hotel. One star seems more appropriate.

Gutes Hotel, nah am Bahnhof, feines Frühstück. Genau richtig für Kurztripp.
Pros:

Für uns hat das total gut gepasst. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer zweckmässig. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.

Gut gelegenes, sauberes, komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und solidem Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für den GT World Challenge Europe genutzt. Freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, gutes Frühstück mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage trotz angemeldetem Ausfall und anschliessender Reparatur nicht leistungsfähig genug, sodass die Zimmer nicht ausreichend gekühlt werden konnten.

Pros:

Posizione buona, anche se senza parcheggio e bisogna camminare per qualche centinaio di metri con la valigia, la colazione è discreta.

Cons:

Sono arrivato e l'aria condizionata non funzionava, impossibile stare con la finestra aperta in quanto la posizione è su una strada molto trafficata, ho sofferto un caldo incredibile senza mai dormire, il prezzo per l'occasione, la situazione e il periodo è stato inappropriato (150€)

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately the AC wasn't working tho the hotel had advised us before checking in. We also had an issue with with load music but thankfully this was dealt with by the staff and we were able to open the window to help us to sleep.
