Pros:

La struttura offre una bella vista sui colli, pulita e accogliente, il personale cordiale e gentile

Cons:

La stanza era molto fredda e il termostato bloccato.
Abbiamo chiamato la reception che prontamente ha mandato dell'aria calda attraverso il condotto centrale.
Peccato solo un ora, poi freddo fino al mattino.

Abbiamo chiesto un aperitivo al bar, ma ci hanno informato che per chi non prenota al ristorante dell' hotel, non è possibile accedere al bar.

Posizione ottimale vicino al centro

Cons:

Il servizio gravemente insufficiente. Al mio rientro dopo la serata di capodanno, ho atteso oltre 20 min all’esterno. Nessuna risposta al telefono o al campanello. Quando era stato espressamente chiesto nel pomeriggio come poter accedere alla struttura in notturna.
Alle 7:40 del mattino mi arriva una chiamata sveglia dallo staff, quando nessuno lo aveva chiesto. Nessuna scusa e nessuna menzione dell’accaduto. Accesso spa senza fornire accappatoio. Lo spogliatoio si presenta come un vero e proprio cantiere. Nessuna seduta per cambiarsi o attaccapanni. L’opposto del relax.
Peccato perché la posizione è ottima e anche l’esterno è ben curato. Ma da una struttura simile, mi sarei aspettato molto di più.
