Pros:

Keskeisellä paikalla keskitason hotelli. Hotelli yllätti positiivisesti tarjoamalla pullollisen vettä päivittäin. Huone oli siisti ja suihku hyvä. Erityiskiitos mukavalle ja avuliaille respan henkilökunnalle!

Cons:

Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla (mikä on hyvä asia), mutta aiheuttaa sen, että korvatulppia tarvitset yöllä, jos olet herkkäuninen, sillä kadulta tai muista hotellin asukkaista voi kantautua ääniä. Lisäksi hotellissa ei ole hissiä, mutta avulias henkilökunta kyllä auttoi matkatavaroiden kanssa(se oli siis tietenkin positiivinen asia).

Clean, safe, and really nice staff! Would stay again.
Pros:

The air conditioning was super! Bed comfortable but pillows not good. Staff so nice! Cleaning was great. Location was great!

Cons:

Pillows not good and shower small. Door on shower aloud water out on floor. Other than that it was good.

Posizione perfetta, a piedi si raggiungono tutti i monumenti principali di Firenze. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile! Camera pulita e in ordine

Very helpful staff and perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect you can walk to everything. The stuff is exceptional and very helpful, they gave us great advice on where to go and what to see.

Cons:

The only bad thing is that it's 3 flights of stairs and after a long walk in the city this is less than optimal.
