Muitas escadas e não avisaram isso. Mandaram o e-mail dizendo que precisávamos de um code para entrada após as 20h, pois não teria mais recepção. Chegamos a não sabíamos que tinha esse e-mail!

Room and bathroom are super clean. Location is a 10min walk from the main train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very close to the main river too to see some great views. The reception staff are the best and answer a lot of questions and help you out in whatever ways you need.
Room might be a bit smaller than one might expect. For example. in the bathroom, if you use the wc, your legs hit the bidet since they are so close. In the shower, if you turn around, you might hit the knob of the shower and water temperature or pressure can change. It's not a big issue if you stay only a few nights and spend most of the time exploring the city.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde ve Floransa da gezilecek tüm yerlere her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Temizlik iyiydi. Rersepsiyon görevlisi güleryüzlüydü.
4 Kişilik bir odada kaldık. Oda 4 kişi için küçük geldi.

Il bagno, nonostante sia moderno e funzionale, risulta avere degli spazi un po' ristretti, soprattutto per poter appoggiare i propri prodotti per la cura personale.
It was in a really good location and the room was clean. The staff carried our bags up the stairs for us since there is no elevator and a lot of stairs. Also, the staff here were the first and only people to earn us about what the ZTL zones were so we wouldn't get a ticket.
They have my mom am iron to use where the cord was duct taped and some of the wires were exposed. Also, the room was too small for 3 people.
