Zentrale Lage wahr gut. Es wahr super sauber und das Personal wahr grandios. Das Frühstück wahr fabelhaft und reichhaltig. Ein super hotel für ein kurzurlaub in Hamburg.

Das Hotel ihat 3 Pluspunkte:
- superzentrale Lage
- unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
- einen sehr freundlichen, empathischen Rezeptionisten, der gefühlt 24/7 vor Ort war.
Auch das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die nächtliche Lautstärke auf der Straße ist nur mit geschlossenem Fenster zu begegnen

Alles.
So freundlich und zuvorkommend sind wir lange nicht in einem Hotel begrüßt und behandelt worden.
Das Zimmer war sehr gut,die Lage top. Als der nette Mann an der Rezeption gehört hat das wir gerne länger schlafen wollen hat er uns sofort ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus angeboten welches wir dankend angenommen haben. Wir haben obwohl wir viel zu spät unten waren noch ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet bekommen.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Pros:

Service war nett. Sauberkeit gut. Lage bahnhofsnah. 24/7 Rezeption. Gepäckaufbewahrung...sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Gefehlt hat in meinem einzelzimmer mit bad ein kleiner tisch mit stuhl. Ausstatung war nur bett und Fernseher.
Leider ist die gegend gefährlich bzw. unangenehm, denn da sind rund um junkies in der nähe.
