Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption
Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, konnten wir problemlos noch eine Nacht länger bleiben .
Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit Rührei und gekochten Eiern. Auf Wunsch wurden auch Spiegeleier zubereitet
Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war auch sehr gut
Man kommt mit S-und U-Bahn überall hin.
Hamburg ist immer eine Reise wert.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden .

Pros:

Närheten till tågstationen.
Önskade rum mot gården och det fick vi där det var tyst.annars ligger de mot gågatan som var livlig och lite otrevlig.

Cons:

Trångt rum. Liten dubbelsäng som var så nerllegad och bara en madrass.
Inte så trevlig omgivning men för en natt gick det bra men inte fler.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, da Preis und Leistung stimmten und der Rezeptionist super war.
Pros:

Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und gab Zusatzinformationen über Hamburg.
Das Frühstück war richtig gut.

Cons:

Die Lage war in einem schlechten Viertel, was wir aber vorher wussten...

Good hotel for a quick one night touristic stay, on a tight schedule
Pros:

Hotel was practically located in a proximity to the central station, room was bright-lit and relatively quiet, check in-check out was easy. Bathroom had big mirrors, and a radiator.

Cons:

Rather compact sized room & limited storage space (for example, it was not easy to place the suitcase to open it without a luggage shelf/base) were a bit of challenge. Mattress of the bed was a bit too soft to support the body weight. Finding the entrance of the hotel was also not so easy as it was not very clearly marked, especially for a late night arrival.

Pros:

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht.
Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist super und na ja, die Umgebung gehört halt zum Stadtteil.

Ich war schon häufiger dort und komme bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Die Matratze war schon nicht mehr die Neueste, aber für zwei Tage noch in Ordnung.

Perfekt für ein Hamburg-Wochenende mit Konzert, Essen und Nachtleben
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gleich neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Viele Restaurants um die Ecke.

Cons:

Ich möchte empfehlen, dass man im Frühstücksraum Händedesinfektionsmittel zur Verflügung stellt. Das ist immer noch in vielen Hotels üblich.
